help needed destroyed loader:(

hello felow galaxy users
i have a galaxy s and i tried to flash darky 9.1 rom on it
when i whas in bootloader i saw i had 3e recovery so i went on google to search on how to get back to 2e recovery
i found a file made by chainfire wich should arrange it treu odin
now when i connect the phone odin detects it and i can start but it always stays on seting up connection
now when i want to turn on the phone it gives a screen where i see a picture i need to hang the phone on the computer but it doesnt boot to the normal home screen anymore
hope some one can help me to get my phone working again
i can come in download mode but not in 3e recovery anymore
please help me as i need my phone work
let odin run for over 20 min without succes always on setup connection
and im using windows 7

no not quite sure
im trying to use odin now to flash chainfire his root and 2e recovery tar file

I used to love your ROMs for my old Touch HD.. good to see you now have a Galaxy S!
Not so sure from your posts above what method you have tried. When are you trying to connect Odin? You need to be in Download Mode first, fire up Odin, then connect your phone...
Is this what you are doing?
Also, which version of Odin you using? In Win7 you may need to right click and run as administrator?

The best way is to look on the odin how to here in forum

Brother, use Odin3 v1.7 from my signature & see if it detects? A lot of guys have recovered their phones using 1.7. trust me.

pull the battery
wait a few seconds
put the battery back in
hold vol-down + power + home
You should get into download mode
connect the phone physically to the pc
flash a ROM or a kernel or whatever you desire

Close any kies process running in background and try again

glad you liked my rom
i personally dont have a galaxy
its from a friend
i have a desire hd way more easy to flahs then these samsungs(my brother has a galaxy to)
i have tried several odin versions but all without succes
he method i used is turn phone in downloadmode(says it with big letters on the screen) then start odin and connect the usb cable
odin detects it but never had succes(last attempt i let it run for 237 minutes)
the thing i wnated to flahs is succeded now but still not getting 2e recovery
gonna have to lok a little further on how to put darky his rom on it or you guys recoomend a better one

the first odin that actually succeeded flashing
to bad it still odenst has 2e recovery now or better yet no recovery at all but i can see the galaxy s boot up screen again

you guys saved me alot of money
and i have recovery 2e wich i wnated to flash clockwork update.zip
at least i think it does work again
i hear a bootup sound and i see a animation
will report later as my work break is over

uhhmmmm is it now bricked?
now it doesnt do a thing anymore
when i press buttons for downloadmode nothing happens
when i only press the power button nothing happens
its completley dead now:S
is there anything i can do to force a start to anything
maybe with a software setup on the sd card?
or a script
most devices have a code wich will hot restart the phone to bootloader
read something about a jig you guys think it will work
gonna buy the stuff to make one tomorow
hope it works

The jig most likely wont work if the phone is completely dead, you could try a hairdryer it seems to work sometimes. Otherwise its back to samsung.

cant find anything on google about it on how to do it

Maybe you've tried this already but I've had this problem after a bad flash and the phone wouldn't boot up anymore. I just remove the battery and all good again.

hmmm still no progress yet
i made a rig and even with that it doesnt boot or turn on
also when i put in the charger i dont see a light turning on its charging
wish i could have any form of live in it

I had the same problem, had to send it back but did not test it with a jig. Got one shortly after

i didnt have any succes and i gave it back so it can be ruturned to the provider
hope it falls under warranty
did yours fall under warranty or under insurance of youre phone?

I've got a bootloader problem with my x10i

cheers to all x10i guru people. I've got problem with my x10 bootloader which can't be boot to anything .
When i pressed power nothing showing up except the green led blinking.
i've tried all the gadget stuff which can be rescue my x10 but it's failed even seus PC-COMP Flastools
and i also try on omnius when the omnius seeking or my bootloader it gets error code what should i do?

I highly doubt that SEUS fails to restore it... is it possible that you are doing it wrong??

I have the same problem on my pro, and i just remove and re-insert the battery and the i connect the usb w/o pressing anything... And it works...
If everything fails go to a service point...

i've had the same problem once. search for this firmware: ROOT_F3v3.rar on the forum(sorry cant find the link) and flash it. After that just update using seus or pc ompanion

as i understand it the phone wont start up. He said nothing about not getting into flash mode

indeed read! He doesn't say anything about not getting into flashmode only that he tried PC-comp flash tool and that didn't work for him...
anyway this discussion isn't helping him either

Cant change kernel....unlocked bootloader

im trying to change it for the newest but i cant reach flash
the ftf file i put in firmwares
then run flash
ass always i follow the instructions
turn off, back button etc

Hopefully not a bad USB port. Can you transfer files between your phone and pc?
If you can't, try a different USB cable and different port on your pc.

It could be a driver issue, I couldn't tell you how to replace them but I bet some other users here have had to and could tell you.
Other than that my only other guess would be something to do with your java as I believe that flashtool uses java.

It is driver problem. You should enable USB debugging when the phone is on then plug it in PC, it should install ADB driver

Um, just go to the drivers folder in flashtool and install gordon gate drivers. That's it. Flashing drivers are different than ADB drivers.

In the flashtool folder, go to the drivers folder and there is gordongates.exe or something like that.

[Q]Brick ?

Hey , i havent touched my N7 forquit a while .. today i tryed to turn it on and found out it is out off power soi plugged it into my charger but when i tried to turn it up i passed the google logo and was stuck at the blackbean logo (when its connected to the charger it show the charging ani but turns off after 5 sec then i need to click the power bottom to see the charging ani again) and when i try to get into fastboot i cant . it just shows me the place where i can select between "start" , "recovery" and "fastboot" but it get stuc on that screen . i cant move anything or just hit "start" cuz it doesnt work either .
So am i bricked ? what can i do ?
i dont understand how that happened since i didnt touch it all week long .. (oh yea and the battery never charges it stays forever on the lowest point of the ani)

Leave it charge for a while without messing with it.
secondly it is not bricked, if it turns on any bit and if it shows anything on the screen it is not bricked.
I don't know why people keep using that word incorrectly, brick means that your device is basically a brick, a paperweight.
And that screen that says recovery etc IS where you fastboot from, that's the bootloader screen.

If you get to the menu that says "recovery" "start" "reboot bootloader" then you are in fastboot mode/bootloader.
Leave it charge a while and see if it works and if not you can flash a factory image or better yet, reflash your recovery and flash a ROM zip

I cant . its in that mode but still stuck , flashing doesnt work and so is any kind of flashing .
what can i do ?

When you are 'stuck' in fastboot, you have a couple ways to go about it... one option and that is to run the N7 toolkit to get the N7 into recovery. From there you can restore your stuff, drop stuff onto your N7 to flash a new rom, etc...

Basically you run the toolkit like you are going to root it. Then when you get past installing the USB drivers and such, IIRC there was an option to get into recovery.

DOESNT wrok . i am stuck at "waiting forr device" .. annoying .
now that i charged all night i can move in bootloader screen ! but when i get into recovery it is stucked in google logo and hen i plug it to the PC / charger it just get stucked and i cant move it anymore or use any tool kit . its like the device is dead !
any ideas ?

Sounds like you need to fastboot the factory image to the device. Try multiple versions of fastboot. People have been reporting problems and switching to a new version of fastboot has helped.

How can i do that ?
- no recovery
- no fastboot (freez on plug)
- no boot
=nothing ?
or am i missing somthing ? i can think of a way to solve this . plz help !!

Try a new version of fastboot... possibly from one of the rootkits then follow these instructions....

Sounds like you're in fastboot mode and the above should work. Possibly make a YouTube video to show us the problems.

thanks for the reply but i did that several times already.. i charged it even for a few hours but still no effect.. i just wondered if i use the odin tool it responds that the phone is connected but the phone is still black out.. but when i try the odin tool it fails everytime..

Press Volume Down+Home+Power Button Simultaneously and then flash stock thru odin for more detailed guide search xda!

done that one already,. but still no luck..i just notice when i connect my phone and open odin..it detected my phone and my computer says "Broadcom wireless modem connected"

What rom did you flash and if possible, can you provide details on how you flashed it?

actually i dont remember already the exact rom i flashed.. but surely i remember that i use the odin v3 1.85

Odin for flashing the rom?
Go to service centre if you cant enter in download mode.

Well, surely you didn't flash a custom rom. Cause c-roms are flashed via cwm or stock recovery.

try looking for someone who has a USB jig,
it could revive you through recovery

take out ur battery , sim and connect ur mobile to pc then try to go to odin mode by pressing vol down+home+power button simultaneously and flash stock rom

try to use odin 1.84
or if no luck
i suggest go to your nearest Samsung Center
its for sure they will help you ^_^

Ur phones motherboard is Dead .
I to had the same problem I had flashed wrong stock rom ie; of a different device and the phone was dead.
I got it fixed in service center for free as it was under warranty.
So take it to the service center ...And better have your fingers crossed....
