Your question makes no sense. HSPL4 is a package used to flash SPL/HSPL to devices with SPL 3.03 and downwards.

Yes, but you must follow the install instructions for WP7 on HD2. You first have to install the correct loader.

If it's HSPL 2.08 then you're good to go
If switching from magdlr to clk, will sd-ext still work?

Yes...
Bootloader has nothing to do with sd-ext. It must be supported by ROM.
hello people i have a htc hd2 that is on stock with latest radio update and the 3.03 spl
i am trying to put the hard spl on it but it always stays on serial and wont change to usb

if you flash HSPL and Mgldr this will be remove Windows Mobile ROM because these will write the boot data on mobile and remove the windows mobile.

Depends on what you want really. There are loads of threads on the topic of cLK vs MAGLDR. Search for and read them.

The hd2 toolkit may have some radios in it.. I don't think so, but I will look tomorrow since megaupload is shut down.
