Have a look at this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1401767

if you flash HSPL and Mgldr this will be remove Windows Mobile ROM because these will write the boot data on mobile and remove the windows mobile.

Depends on what you want really. There are loads of threads on the topic of cLK vs MAGLDR. Search for and read them.

Question about install

I have a tmous 1024 hd2 with cm7 already installed, can I just flash this over what's already installed?

Yes, but you must follow the install instructions for WP7 on HD2. You first have to install the correct loader.
I have hspl and magldr 1.13 am I good?

If it's HSPL 2.08 then you're good to go

Magdlr switch to clk

Yes...
Bootloader has nothing to do with sd-ext. It must be supported by ROM.

As stated in the post above, toolkit is the way to go. Also check out this thread on clk, which has a link to the toolkit thread in the first post.

You need "HTC USB Sync" driver or I think Active Sync will do aswell.

Recovery installation. Help!

Hello,
Is there any other option to flash recovery, beside the magldr method, like adb push or some app? I can't get my computer to work with the recovery installer for magldr, and for some reason I don't have a recovery in the phone although I have a custom Rom flashed on it. I have to add that all of that was done before I bought it and I don't really know much about flashing things on HD2 because it is different from other natively android devices. Please help

AFAIK 4EXTRecovery/ TWRP & other recoveries work the same way, give a the link below a try there are links to those recoveries & also how to use NativeSD.
Thanks, I'll give it a try

Yep, try what mengfei said, or alternatively you can flash cLK 1.5 which comes with CWM built in.

That's the old froyo stock desire NAND ROM from DFT, the first NAND ROM for the HD2. You'll need to flash MAGLDR 1.13 (chances are you're on an old version since you have that ROM) followed by CWM (with the correct partition size) and a new ROM. Check the guide in my sig as for how to do this.
As for why it says the device is a desire, the build.prop in that ROM identifies the phone as a desire so that it's compatible with the Play Store.
so i insatalled device manager / htc sync manager and it does not detect my phone. Running windows 7
is there any way i can just go back to stock everything and i can jsut start over?

You don't need HTC Sync manager. If you want to start over from stock, just flash the stock RUU from the bootloader but I don't really see why you would. Personally, I'd just enter the bootloader, flash MAGLDR 1.13, flash CWM in USB Flasher mode in MAGLDR and then flash a new ROM in CWM.
