Android App - Android Software Development

I just created my app. It works flawlessly.
My question is after I upload it to market and selected to be a paid app.
How do I implement in app billing feature within my own app. Thanks.
This is the only thing stopping me to complete it successfully.
If a person clicks on buy on my app. It will generate an error.

I used eclipse. And second of all, the post you provided is irrelevant to my question. That post has nothing to do with what I asked but thanks.

Does this mean you have purchased a vendor account and have uploaded your signed app to the Market?

I have a developer paid account. After I make it published, I upload it to market. In my developer console it has it where a feature called in-app below my app icon. I click on it, it says this app does not have billing permission.
So in order for someone to make a purchase, my app needs to be integrated with in app billing.

Sounds like you're missing the billing permission in your Manifest file. I don't remember the syntax off-hand, but you can Google it...like <uses-permission="MarketBilling"> or some such thing LOL
You do know you have to code all the in-app billing and that it only processes a transaction; it does not provide any content delivery.

Running nero v.5, getting server error when buying app

I searched but didn't find any topics for this. Sorry if this had been asked before.
I get the message 'server error has occured. Please retry or cancel' when I try to buy an app. I can download free apps fine. I rebooted my phone, but i'm still getting the same problem. Any suggestions?

Have you tried deleting app data in the manage app section of settings? That worked for me. Don't know if it's the same prob or not.
Google seems to be having issues with their Market. Or it could be samsung. Master talked about it yesterday when he released Axura 2.2.7.0

Thank you. I tried that, but it didn't work. I got this message before but it was before I flashed nero V5 but I didn't pay much mind to it because I thought it was just a temporary bug or something. I don't buy apps that often but i think it started after the new market was updated

How To Get Amazon Apps Outside USA

This guide will tell you how to install the apps from amazon.com from your Android phone if you live outside the US. Now you can enjoy the Free App Of The Day from Amazon.com
Step 0: First go to www.amazon.com and click Sign In.
Step 1: Create a new Amazon account by selecting “No, I am a new customer”, and complete the registration wizard.
Step 2: Put US Address and Phone Number. Just enter any number starting with +1. Easier than that, you can just enter +1!
*Alternatively, you can generate random US address and phone number, etc. with www.fakenamegenerator.com
Step 3: Assign US address as account’s 1-click default address.
Step 4: Next, go to “Add a Credit or Debit Card” section. Paypal provides developers with sets of test credit card account numbers which can also be used in Amazon account. USE THIS CREDIT CARD NUMBER 378282246310005 (AMERICAN EXPRESS)
Step 5: Your Amazon account is now configured to get any free apps from Amazon AppStore
Step 6: Now you can download and install Amazon AppStore for Android. Run Amazon AppStore App and login with this new username/password. Now you can download all free apps from Amazon.
NOTE1: You will still not be able to purchase any paid apps (apps which are not free) with these test credit cards.
NOTE2: It is highly recommended to make a new user rather than using US address in preexisting usernames.
Note3: So, to buy an app...Purchase the app in the Appstore on the Amazon website or on your device - the initial payment will fail
Visit the Digital Orders Page page and you will see your pending purchases
Choose the option to retry the purchases, this time using your non-US card
The payments will complete and you will be able to download the apps on your device.
I already tried all this for hours but The apps just wouldn't be available.. I can remember it was asking some number.. Which i couldn't get to add there.. I guess it was some kind of code .

For the ones who are able to get it to work, can you share what data you chose? Like which CC number, what the address is, etc.

Tried this for some time and I finally got it! Ok for the address, I prefer to search it off the Web. Just search "random California address" on Google etc. The rest of the details, go to fakenamegenerator. Remember, when they ask for mobile number, it must be in this format "+1222333444". You must include the +1 for it to work
Hit thanks if I helped

I haven't published there yet, but from what I understand amazon automatically signs the application for you during the publishing process so it sounds like something you don't have to worry about.

I couldn't care less if yahoo or Google sees my family photos and videos. That's why I use Flickr as unlimited cloud storage for pictures and YouTube as unlimited cloud storage for videos. That doesn't mean it's a good idea to upload the same stuff to some random guys cloud service. And obviously that's not common sense.
I wasn't asking because I considered this an option and I don't need to be told that I simply can not use the service, i'm well aware of my right not to use any available service..

Well, consider it a good practice. If you wouldn't store your sensitive data to any major, well knowed cloud service, why you should even consider uploading it to a random, unknow hosting service?
The guy is offering a storage service for free. Then it is up for the user to take it as is or reject it then not use the service. Why just criticize it based on 'they will steal my stuff'. Then by the premise that they will see/grab your data, why trust in ANY cloud service in the first place?

I can imagine data that's completely not interesting for Google and perfectly safe in google drive while a small cloud service could be interested in misusing it.
Im not gonna continue discussing this. I asked for more info about the company, op delivered it.
Seems to not let me finish creating my account. I click the verification link in the email and enter my email, desired username and password, and the page goes blank. I can then not log in so I assume the account was not created.
Nevermind, seems I just had to wait a while. Seems to be working now.
Thank you for this service.
