Launcher2 FC?

Large widgets seem to make my Launcher FC.
Anyone have widgets that take up the entire screen? or half screen?
After a few minutes of the phone being off, if I try to move the large, even to just delete it off the screen, I get a force close.
Anyone else getting a FC?
Make sure the widgets you're using are fully compatible with Android 2.1. Does this only occur when you are using widgets?
Anyone with over 60 apps/widgets?
can't really put my finger on it. I wiped and started all over. I did things little by little and everything was great, until I put on a calander widget. I took that one out and it was back to normal. Now I just finished installing a bunch of free apps from the market (non widgets) and just got a force close with the phone just sitting around, then I clicked on my photo widget (a slide show widget that takes up the entire screen) and got an immediate force close as well. I've deleted a bunch of apps, and I am down to about 58 apps and no force closes.
I've got about 51 apps and no more force closes so far.
Too many apps maybe? anyone else have 5 screens worth of widgets and icons, with over 60 apps, getting any force close while trying to move a widget? or just FC in general?
No one with a launcher force closing on them?
Use the facebook app. sign in and everything and place the widget on one of your screens (mine is on the last to the left) then turn off the screen for a few minutes. When you wake your phone up and try to move the widget, the launcher should force close.
Mine is consistantly doing it now. It seems widget 2x4 and up give me the same problem.
Anyone else?
Yes there are 2 threads, this one was started before I figured out the why, the other is regarding the why. I'm just updating this one to be on the same page, hopefully this is an isolated incident with my phone that just needs some TLC to fix and not an android bug...

Widgets shrink in size on Home Screen!!!

Hi guys
Anyone else noticed this on their S2...?
When i set the digital clock with the date as a main widget on home screen, sometimes, if i reboot or load a video, play it and come back to the home screen, the widget shrinks in size slighty and removes the date.
This is the same when i use a beautiful widget clock/weather widget as well...
Not sure what i am doing wrong...
Any help guys?
Cheers
Merb
Yeah i have noticed this too. Don't know what causes this. What firmware are you on?
Does it happen with the stock time widget as well?
I have the Go Launcher Weather widget and it does this shrinking job sometimes after I exit apps. I thought it was a problem with the widget!
I'm on stock O2 ROM version: KE2

touchwiz digitalclock stuck

anyone having issues with the digitalclock widget that comes as standard with touchwiz?
I have a uk wifi only device, bought just 3 days ago but twice now the digital clock gets stuck and falls behind the system time. I need to remove and re-add the widget to get it working.
There was this time when I used the Task Manager from the taskbar. I went to RAM manager and clicked clear memory.
That has happened to me with any digital clock. Beautiful widget, fancy widget, stock clock, doc modified clock, and the Acer digital clock. I think it has to do with something on the refresh of the screen. Most time if I go from landscape to portrait orientation, it refreshes the time for me.

Damn missing widget bug

Most of the time when I install a widget it doesn't show up in the widget list unless I power the tablet of and on again.
Very annoying.
