Anyone else had this problem? Evey so often it focuses and takes the shot as usual but saved it as a total whiteout.
Any way to fix?

Did a factory restore with RM... all good now. Wish I knew what started it though because it must've done something to my mms registry. Ah well lol

I'm glad the reset worked! I was at a loss as to what happened! Never heard of that happening before.
Now the next question, does anyone know how to choose the compression rate? My pics always get compressed so small they look terrible.

+1 Compression rate is way to high. Anyone?
Wait im confuzed! Mine is stuck at 300kb max ughh

HTC has never really put a lot of stock in their cameras. The compression is horrible on HTC phones. I use an app called Camera 360. It allows you to set the compression, or to take pics with no compression.
File sizes are now around 2MB for each image and you can see a marked difference.
Give it a try. It's all I use now.
Lmfao... seriously? I have no idea what caused it dude. But I had to reset that sucker... so far so good.

Someone please help! Why doesn't any image show up at all? I've searched the forum and googled. When I go to the camera from the gallery screen an a go back to gallery after taking a pic. There is a list sdcard, camera, photo after few seconds it all disappears. It seems I am the only one with such problem. Currently I access my photos through the camera program.
How can I get the gallery program to pick up my photos?

Anyone had same issues?

I'm not having the issue, but could it simply be a corrupt cache? Try removing /sdcard/Android/data/com.cooliris.media and letting it rebuild.
Thanks. Camera app reading my SDcard so I ended up just formatting my SD card and started working. Now it works.

Why is this? Is there a way to increase the duration on what I can send?

Long time follower (pre "OG Droid" days) first time question poster. I was reading about the "Create Collage" feature on the Note 3 so I went to give it a shot. The problem is, that option doesn't appear in my menu. I'm completely stock, not even Rooted.
Any thoughts on what could be happening? It just seems so strange that this is completely missing. See for yourself in the attached screen shots.
Thanks
Have you selected at least 2 pictures yet? I just tried and mine works.
Edit: haha just actually looked at your screens. Yeah that's weird. Did you freeze or delete any Samsung apps?

I don't remember uninstalling any Samsung apps and the only disabled apps are Verizon bloat and the Kindle app. It feels like it's just missing somehow. I'm hoping to factory reset as a last resort.

Thanks, I guess I will have to download that app. I was hoping someone could help me get to the bottom of why my phone is missing this "built in" feature.
Make sure you have collage on your phone.

I do! Now I'm even more at a loss as to why it won't show up for me. I have now tried force stopping and toggling the app off and back on. Still not showing up in the gallery.
i had to go to manage apps --> force stop collage --> turn off then back on then it showed on my phone. weird having to do all that but it worked. hope it works for you too!

Have you downloaded any app or updated your phone before the problem occurred?
Try to back up your data then remove Cache memory.
