If you want the rom so bad why don't you make one? If you do not have the ability to make a rom then go to work and donate to developers because they don't have to do what they do for free. They could charge, pay pall makes it easy to charge for a download.

Maybe in very minor ways, but the Telus Fascinate is not a CDMA phone unfortunately, so it won't help with the CDMA radio issues.

Uhhh, I can't say. The Value Pack is Gingerbread based, even more so it's Gingerbread, it's not impossible, I don't think it is in any way shape or form and it's all things on the Rom side, not on the kernel side as far as I'm aware.
