[Q] A4Tech wireless set (GLS-5630) + A500 - Acer Iconia A500

Hello everyone.
I have a wireless set from A4Tech - GLS-5630. Mouse is working ok since upgrading to 3.1 stock ROM. But the keyboard doesn't work. Now I'm using Virtuous Xoom v1.1.2, but the keyboard doesn't work under it either. Is it possible to make it work?
PS When the tablet's screen starts fading out, pressing any key on the keyboard makes the screen bright again. So some keyboard signals are got by the tablet.

I've tried this set with Toshiba AC-100 - everything works well.

[Q] logitech kybd quit, ideas?

I have a nook color hacked running Cyanogen Mod 7.1.0-encore, Android version 2.3.7, kernel version 2.6.32.9.
I bought the Logitech tablet Keyboard for Android 3.0+ about a month ago. I got it to work fine then.
Took it out this morning and it connects fine - I see the "connected to hid device" on the bluetooth settings screen and the bluetooth light on the keyboard is on like it should be. Then after about 10 seconds, the bluetooth light on the keyboard goes out and it won't work. I tried changing the batteries in the keyboard, doesn't affect it. (tested old batteries with a tester, they were fine)
Any ideas? Please keep your answer simple, I'm new to the mobile device world!

The bluetooth light should be off after connection during normal operation. Try turning the keyboard off and then on and press the connect button.
I find that pressing the menu button is the easist way to quickly see if the keyboard is connected.

407 GB ROM & bluetooth mouse

I occasionally use a bluetooth mouse with the streak when editing documents and it worked with stock 360 ROM. After updating to 407 Olleh rom, the mouse support is way different. Instead of a mouse pointer, it now acts like arrow button presses. The mouse support is stuffed in 407.
Also, I have another Streak with a faulty touchscreen which I would like to use a mouse with. however, the streak won't automatically pair and use bluetooth mouse on reboot. Is there a script or tool I can use to setup bluetooth mouse so that I can use it without touchscreen input to set it up after reboot.
Would love any help and thanks in advance.
Found a solution!
Tried out the CM7 mod and it supports bluetooth mouse exactly as I wanted!
now I can swap a working screen & digitizer into this streak and setup CM7 on it and pair the mouse. Then I can put the screen with the faulty digitizer back into it and when it reboots, it will automatically pair the mouse and work without touching the screen!
Also, the right mouse button acts as the BACK button which is great!
And I must say this CM7 is freakin AWESOME!

BT Keyboard and Mouse

So I've had this Xoom BT keyboard for awhile now and it's worked great with my A500. I went out and bought a Targus BT mouse today and I'm having some trouble with the 2 of them when used together. If I connect the keyboard it works great but as soon as I connect the mouse the keyboard stops working. If I connect the keyboard the mouse stops working.
I just tried it with my Motorola Photon and get the same exact thing. This isn't going to work for me if I can't use both at the same time. Any ideas? I'm running the stock ICS but rooted.
I'm going to post this on the MO-Pho forum as well sorry if this causes any duplication issues.

Bluetooth Mouse seen as a keyboard?

Running the latest CM10, when i connect my mouse either through BT or wired (Razer Orochi) it works fine as a mouse, but also detects as a keyboard. Nothing i've done has been able to get the software keyboard to come up.
any ideas? really frustrating to use like this.
Crazy Talk, you can get the virtual keyboard working again if you go into language & input under settings. Select "Default" under Keyboard & Input Methods and turn off the hardware keyboard. Hope this helps It at least worked for me on my CM10 for my Lenovo K1.

[Q] K1 CM10 v6.1 Bluetooth Keyboard Issue

So I bought a EC tech Bluetooth on Amazon (I'd post a link but I can't) to use with my K1. I'm running krook's CM10 v6.1. The keyboard pairs and says it is connected, but it never shows up as an input device. I can work around the issue by using BlueKeyboard JP to connect. However, this seems clunky as a solution and doesn't work for Ctrl or Tab.
From hunting around, others have this issue with other BT keyboards, but I haven't found any solutions. It works fine with my Galaxy Nexus that is running stock 4.2.2.
Anyone have helpful thoughts? I tried copying the keyboard layouts from my phone, but that didn't help.
