For some reason when i go into my gallery and share a picture to facebook it uploads it to my mobile uploads album, which it is supposed to do, however it does not show the uploaded photo in my newsfeed. It used to show my mobile photo uploads in my newsfeed, however now it no longer does it so people can't comment etc. Can anyone help me to get the mobile photo uploads to once again show up in the newsfeed. Using Xperia Play.
Facebook has been going through some major updates ever since Google+ came on the scene. No doubt the SE software/fb app hasn't been updated to allow for these changes.
I would suggest bringing up this issue in the SE support forums.
But until then you can just upload photos to your facebook feed via the facebook app.
Ok thanks man. I will try and sign up to their forum and bring it to their attention.

hi, a bit blur, not a big problem actually, a simple query may be.. last time i upload a picture that have taken and upload it to Facebook. After that, i check it out thru my laptop, under the photo, it has HTC Sense signature which i think its kinda cool and could brag with my mate about it..LOL
today, i upload some photo that i have captured, but there is no more HTC Sense signature on the bottom of the photo, it is written as Facebook Mobile which to me its kinda bored.
So my question is, how is the correct way to upload the pictures to the facebook with HTC Sense signature? anyway, my version of Facebook on my HD2 is V1.1.0.17. in case anyone of u should know.
cheers
+1 on this...
you will get the via HTC Sense if you choose upload -> Facebook from the photo gallery.
if you choose to upload the phone via the facebook app, you get uploaded via Facebook mobile.
belive me i'm doing it the right way...

So the only method i found was using the My Diary app, which is interesting, but not very efficient, is there a quicker way to do this on the Galaxy S? Through the camera, you can upload to everywhere else except facebook, so maybe its a matter of updating the firmware or something...
You could email it to your facebook account from your camera app.
I'm a bit lost with this post - I have no problem sharing photos on fb straight from my SGS. Go into Gallery, select the photo you want to post on FB, then hit the share button and select FB.

Install Facebook for android. Then you will find also a facebook option for sharing
Install the official Facebook application from market. You can upload pics from there.
Sent from my Galaxy S

Just tried it from the gallery and worked fine. What rom you running?
I'm running stock rooted 3.2
On older gallery apps, sometimes, it may not work. It depends on the gallery version.
I would advise you use QuickPic from the market. It will let you share the videos to FB. Sometimes, I have a problem posting, but not often. The problem, is not so much the android application, but FB itself.
Facebook, has the worst programmers. And if you look around the forums, you will see the FB app is the joke of the android community. I will say, the new FB app, is the best. At least it doesn't force close all the time, and will usually give updates on stuff.
yes but dose not send that what i want to do email people my videos
321 rom just got update i cant email the videos i take
Hi all,
I have a very strange problem: I took a photosphere this morning, it works from the gallery (and by "it works" I mean you can navigate in it, like a photosphere should let you to), if I share it via gmail the sender can correctly see it (at least, from the gmail app on a Sony Xperia phone and on a Samsung galaxy tab) but if I upload it on my g+ profile, it appears just like a flat photo with a veeeery low resolution (500*200 px, more or less).
It fails whether I try the upload from the stock gallery or the google+ app..
If I go to my sent mail on gmail, share the pic from there, here it is the photosphere on my g+!
Any idea?
Hi All,
I'm a newbie but a long-time follower of this site, so please excuse me of any ignorance. I tried searching for my issue but didn't find anything relevant, hence posting here.
I have ATT Stock Samsung Galaxy S4. I have one primary google account(A) which takes care of apps downloading, gmail etc. I also added another google account(B) mainly to manage my Photos. So, whenever I take new photos, I have instant upload/auto-backup for this account B. My sd card just crashed couple of days and I have formatted it and it's all good to go now.
Now, I am looking for ways to see all my google+ photos of Account B in my Gallery app since auto-sync is turned on. While it shows up everything in Google+ photos app, I would prefer to see everything in Gallery app. I tried changing "Content to Display" in Gallery settings to show Picasa as well Device photos, but it keeps showing account A's picasa web albums and not account B.
I am really tired of looking everywhere, so I'm hoping one of you could patiently help me.
Thanks!
K
