There are so many versions ...

Which is the best candidate/stable version?
There is only one version actually. The one with "buzz" in the filename is for the Wildfire. The others are for other phones.
For some reason, it's not showing on the list, but you can get it by simply adding another parameter to the URL:

Is there a cm 7 version where the Bluetooth works

Why would a user not be able to find my app? The app is made for 1.6 and above and API 4 the user has a samsung galaxy gt i5500.

You also need to support multiple screen resolutions in your Android manifest file.
Even though I did in my app it still doesn't show up. So you might need to look further.

in your manifest file u add
<supports-screens android:anyDensity="true" />
for any resolution, if u only want to support specific resolutions there is info on googles android website.
OK thanks also this has just made me think even though I built on 1.6 and api 4 will it work on older devices like 1.5

Gtalk with Voice calling and Video chat is out for Nexus S....Any chance of seeing it on Desire??
It's part of a new build of gingerbread and it's already been released for AOSP. Dev's are probably working on it now. Oxygen's dev, AdamG says to expect his updated ROM soon...though I don't know how to video chatting would work without a front-facing camera.
Video chat is trouble some. I've tried it via fringe. It uses the back camera hence u need to stand in front of mirror lolzz. Trust me that's wat I did.

InsertCoin v15 have the new GTalk. I find a problem - other people can't call me, only I can. I think this is because Android version is 2.3.3 and probably there are some changes in Android 2.3.4 to integrate voice and video chat.
Was having a play around with it last night and it works really well. Even better it works over mobile networks as well.

Hello,
Just want to share it with you guys, if you know or not but htc has also made a voice talk system like S-voice known as "HTC HIDI".
It's only available in the chinese version only right now and we might see it in the new 4.2.2 upgrade.
Here's a video of htc hidi (but in chinese):

A lot of assistants in play market with same functionality.
I reckon these could be quite cool... anyone tried porting and chnging language?
Does anyone her have or know where I can find a copy of an older version of the application Catchuptv? The latest version has been completely castrated due to copy right issues or something and now only has a fraction of the free-view channels available before the update.
The old app no longer has streams for the removed channels. Therefore there is no way round it
