I hope these aren't the only fixes in this release... Btw someone check if this ROM has Huawei's cloud service enabled along with all other possible fixes (wifi, touchscreen feedback, dalvik cache...)

GB 2.3 Final release
Huawei just anounced that the ROM launched at 28.12.2011 is the Official One, they called it Enhanced Version...(of what???).
If this is the last effort by Huawei to do an Official ROM to U8800, it is a very very BAD effort!!! Shame on you Huawei, i expected better!
I HOPE that the final release it's still to come...(it's christmas!!!)

Never did, since version b133 till b522 there was no online updates, while checking through phone. Why do they think this menu is for ?
I have a bug:
After trying to download updates from the market, the download progress can't be removed from the notification area. Even after reboot, it gave me several errors but progress is still there.
To summarize: Won't recommend to anyone and consider myself huawei devices.

Hi all! After update to 2.3 GB of BETA ver3 (because I do not believe that this is the final product) has no problem with the SD card, with the freeze and reboot. Still not working haptic feedback and 4 functional keys backlighting. Display still very sensitive. In settings - info about the phone - online update - Update the firmware: there are 2 updates for M886 !!!!!! I tried, after reboot start installation new FW and end with an error . After restart everything is OK, the phone works .... uffff! M886 is different hardware, but I had to try

They call the 12-28 released version a normal one. But the actual meaning should be a uniform version.
All the initial integrated apps are same in the oversea vertion and in the verion released in China，like Facebook，Twitter，even though these two service are not available in China.
And this version also support many language for the uniform using.

Sorry if I jam this thread. I just want to know how to flash this leaked ROM. Do I need to root my MX4 Pro first?
Do like that :
1) download 4.2.6A full rom beta version. rename this file "update.zip". Transfer this file on your phone. Then with the phone file browser, choose update and "click" on it.
2)download 4.2.7A ota version (same that step 1 )
3)download 4.2.8A ota version (same that step 1)
The Beta version must be installed in this order... you must begin with a full version before using ota. (full version beta, for ota beta).

The first beta rom install : you must delete your data (make a backup first). Then no need with ota versions....
If step 1) doesn't work....root your phone....but first try without root

yes, this last leak works fine on my phone. There is still some bugs remaining. For an example when i clean the phone with the internal app, the keyboard come back in system one. Another bug , there is still some cut in the 4g or 3g network.... Another bug is my hdwidget who's not able to synchronise the time.
Waiting for the lollipop version who's coming later the 28th april. Hope the beta will arrive sooner.
What about app notifications? Are you getting them in time? Many ppl have problems with em on 4.2.7A, just like me so I'm back to 4.2.2.1 but sometimes no notifications on that as well likein Skype.

For some apps if you have notification problem, you must go into parameter/application/ click on the app then choose permission management and change the permissions...
Sometimes it works, sometimes no.
But maybe it will repair the notification with your app.

Short answer shorter: a leaked EMUI 5.0 schedule from Huawei claims the M3 edition of Android 7.0 (not 7.1) and EMUI 5.0 (with rumored much lower EMUI annoyance quotient (EMUIAQ)) is going into beta, and this may have already been released as of this past Wednesday the 18th. Release version is scheduled to go final in April and public in May. No word on if this is correct, current and not delayed, or even real. If you can read Chinese you may be able to glean a bit more info from the image.

Bonus cookie points if you know sekrit publik Huawei FTP dumps to check. Post type set to Q&A so any ROMs can get put up top.

That's actually a good question. I couldn't find any infos either...
I hope open beta comes soon, the 6.0 build is slow as hell.
I saw an update today, changing the build number from B002 to B003, but no other version info or specifics listed. I'll update tonight and see what it is.

I'm on BTV-DL09-C100-B302 (a very advanced EU test version I guess) and it is very stable.
If you can find an android 6 EMUI 4.1 full stock rom for your region (equivalent to BTV-DL09-C100-B009 for Europe), you can always, while waiting for the official release, update to a very advanced test/unofficial version if you find one for your region also.
BTV-DL09-C100-B302 has been very stable so far and it offers a nice look and feel and experience. I do love EMUI and the v5.0. It's a nice mix between IOS / android.
I don't think the official release will be any different and better than BTV-DL09-C100-B302. Security and bug fixes probably but very fine as it is.
Better battery life so far, wifi, bluetooth and LTE and... fingerprint sensor are perfectly stable. Compared to B006, better cellphone signal strength and it's stable (or my cell provider has improved the coverage in my area which is also possible also).
Like you, I would love to get a full official Nougat EMUI 5.0 rom though.

I unlock my S6 running Nougat with fingerprint and I noticed that on MarshMallow it did not require the PIN as much as it does on Nougat. I would say that Nougat has tighter restrictions regarding fingerprint unlock. I only use the fingerprint to navigate, partly because of this behaviour.

I'm not eligible to register the One UI beta program as of now and there is no certain notification to register One UI Beta from Samsung members app. My question is if I try to get and install the One UI beta will I get the next beta update from OTA though I'm not an eligible beta tester? Thanks in advance.
