Maxgo has always been great in browser, but hbo go starts at a crappy res then peaks at a super hd at 1 fps the after 2 min or so levels out and play at a propper hd lvl. Have you all experienced the same?.

You won't see support for hulu anytime soon. It's hulu who is blocking mobile devices, they want you to get the paid app. It's for copyright reason, they said.
But you can get the "hacked" version for hulu, look at the theme and app section.
P.S : you know you can edit your first post instead of writing a new one
Is it just mine our do all tegra 2 tablets suck at video playback?
Does anyone know of a fix?
I can't get thru a 5 min video without it stopping 4 times. It's enough to make me want to throw it out of the window at times.
Thanks
Don

I have not had your experience. I have browsed to YouTube using Dolphin for Tablets as my browser and watched a video. I have also used the built in YouTube app. Perhaps you have a poor WiFi connection, bad routing to the source or something else.
I would suggest a bit more investigation?
Happened to me before. It went away after I upgraded my crappy wifi.

Get rid of the dial up.

I'm getting on average of 20mbps up and down so i'm certain it's not my wifi. I'm running the revolver 3.1 rom with the stock kernel. Can't figure it out. Might be time to just trade it for something different. I have a touchpad that doesn't have an issue with video playback so it has to be something with the transformer, mine I mean.

Runs fine for me. Naturally 100% of end user problems are a result of the end user.

How does one fix their wifi? I'm getting great numbers on speedtest.
Here are a few of my runs, I watched some hi def videos on line on YouTube. I guess is only the YouTube app giving me issues.
Thanks

You're getting 20mbps sustained transfer up and down? over wifi? On your transformer? I doubt it. If video playback actually pauses rather than stutters then it's 99% bet to be your wifi or other network issue.
IF you actually have stuttering then review the link posted above to fix flash in dolphin or stock brower.
Also I would try streaming a high bitrate video on your network locally to completely rul out the browser and flash.
Try this rom, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1245892

I'm in the same boat. I have ultra fast cable and can stream 1080p no buffering on my laptop but the asus xformer keeps buffering.

I get close to the same numbers on my atrix as well. My wifes captivate gets in the low teens, I haven't run a speed test on either my hp or my vaio laptop. Going to make a run with my aria and see what it gets.
Thanks for the tip, I will give it a try.

Hello everyone, there is an application that allows you to record what's happening on screen, however, such a screenshot Video
You can only do this on Android if you have a rooted device.
You could output to hdmi to your pc and record the screen on the PC using video capture software, or output to your TV and record it via VHS.
just an idea.
I would like an app Screencast & Recorder, however, that functions of honeycomb
You can try ShootMe - however the FPS will be around 8 at best.
Screencast Video recorder sounds the best, but it does not support Tegra 2 devices :S
shootme in the market so there is not compatible with honeycomb

Dosen't support it yet. So it's a matter of time

IIRC Shootme has been yanked from the market. Dev got his feelings hurt over some comments that was left.
No. The best one out there (Screencast) will not work on our Transformers because Tegra 2 does not support Neon.

I have tried to get Amazon Instant Video on SGT 2 10.1, but i havent got i it working. Have anyone tried to get this working, now it works one Nook tablet. Do anyone now how to get it working.
As of right now the apk does not work on ICS. If the kindle fire ever gets updated it will likely work for us

No problems on my gt-p5113 using Amazon prime to watch shows. I'm using Apex browser pro without any issues like stuttering or lagging but I'm not using an apk, just viewing on the Amazon site itself.
I am on Task650's ICS, now with yoda 3.1.10 Kernel.
Even with overclocking to 1,2 GHz my youtube videos still stutter heavily when played in HD (720p). In SD they play fine. Is the tab really to weak to play HD youtube videos? Or does anyone have a hint what I could still try?
using the YouTube app the HD video plays smoothly, are you doing it via the browser?

No, I am using the youtube app 4.0.23, but I currently think it might also be an issue with the video itself that I am watching...

HD vids used to play fine on Honeycomb, it's ever since ICS came along the issues started.
I have yet to find a solution to completely quell the stutter. It only appears a little bit, but it's still annoying.
