Attention Needed

Dear poeple,
I have this question about an upgrade i have put on my artemis .
I have upgraded my artemis to wm6 rom Gibs217 now i wanted to roll back my phone to the old settings and the old rom.
I have upgraded it so my question is can somebody please tell me how to downgrade my artemis to the old settings and rom again .

the same way as you upgraded just with the old rom insted of the new one
the old rom is gon from your device and will have to be reapply'd

But thereis the problem when i reapply the original rom after 1% it crashes and say that the rom is corrupt i tried it with 3other images and they all did the same so what would you do if you were me ? isnt there a way to remove the new rom and let the original rom install itself or something ?

sorry dont know much about flashing artemis
but when you flash a new rom it's kinda like formatting your pc harddisk
and installing a new os
you cant roll back
i would wait and see if a more spc artemis expert flasher comes along and tell you what to do
or start reading threads about how to fix your flashing issue
few issues comes along that nobody before have encountered
so it could be that search would lead you do a fix

Want to flash ROMeOS v4.21 onto 8525, need some help

I'm a noob when it comes to flashing Roms. I've never flashed a custom ROM before, only AT&T's WM6.0 upgrade when that first came out.
I have an 8525 and want to flash ROMeOS v4.21 onto it. I know I need Hard SPL which I downloaded (Hard-SPL-V7.zip). I downloaded this file http://rapidshare.com/files/136228827/_ROMEOS_421_ROM.ZIP, but now I'm not 100% sure what to do here. Do I need to download anything else? Did I even download the right thing? Could somebody hold my hand and help me out a bit? What exactly is the next step. How do I flash this ROM onto my 8525 now w/o bricking my phone?
I appreciate all the help, and plan on paypaling the creator of this rom, and hopefully somebody who helps me out w/ flashing the rom as well.

Where can I can get original spl+rom?

Hi guys!
I bought Touch HD while ago and now it seems to be broken. Problem is that it turns off randomly and don't wake up until you keep the battery off about half an hour. There is wm6.5 and hspl inside and I've tested mtty and different rom which didn't help at all. So the question is where I can get original spl and rom because I don't have them and of course without them warranty is gone. Cheers!

I'm not sure what stock ROM version you originally had, but see this link

[Q] need wm 6.1 rom for my htc 3300!!!!!!

I have HTC P3300 and it came with WM6 with the following config.
ROM : 3.7.701.1 WWE
ROM date : 6/21/07
Radio : 02.69.90
Protocol : 4.1.13.30
ext Rom : 3.6.707.101
Now i want to upgrade it to WM6.1
I SEARCHED THRU MANY POSTS. i got so many answers to my questions but i have some fundamental questions and if anybody can answer that i will be really obliged.
1) I have vodafone India. Can i flash a ROM which is for another carrier. For eg. when I searched the thread "Artemis_Upgrades" I could not find any HTC WWE factory ROM which matched the above specs. BUT when i saw the factory ROM of DOPOD WM6. It matched the above specs perfectly.
so the basic question is if anything goes wrong in my upgrade then can I flash the DOPOD rom on my HTC
2) I have searched the forums but i could not find a valid factory WM6.1 ROM. If anybody can provide a link then it would be a great help to me. Please also specify which ROM (dopod or any other) is compatible to my HTC.
3) Once i get both the above factory ROMs (WM6 and WM6.1) i will be flashing my HTC and the steps that i would follow is as mentioned in this post

1) soft -reset using the USPL
2) flashing the ROM.

yes bro i has flashed on my artemis p3300. it work superb no problem, it fast and gps work great.
but firstly flash with uspl , the rom i has flashed id -
p800w-sea-eng-wm6-upgrade-20070713
just type this in google u willget link u can flash this and use it

follow the link that neo gave you and flash your p3300 with uspl1.11.cmon.
you cant go wrong if you follow the steps on my thread in post 1.
(post 1... here...)
if it does not work, or if you have any questions, just message me, im always here to help.
*do not try anything untill you have sucessfully done uspl1.11.cmon.
Sooo.. the point im trying to make is: you wont even need the original/official rom once you have got uspl1.11.cmon installed.
eg, if you flash a rom and it goes wrong, uspl1.11.cmon will let you flash ANY rom, so the original/official rom is not even needed!

Hello mates my x7500 stuck in bootloader with olipro 1.2 spl, all links to : Athena_SPL1.2_WWE_WM6.1_1.60F-MiChY.rar or other equivalent rom are down or erased!
nothing in rapidshare....megaupload is down!

Hello everyone,
I am in need of any 1.2 spl based rom. I have spent 7 hours searching for a 1.2spl rom to reflash my athena.
After a downgrading process from spl 3.5 to 1.2, i couldnt find any 1.2spl roms and i am stuck at the boot screen.
I have read all the instructions on this forum and the process is very clear to me, however, the files are just not available.
I looked through the forum, i looked through google, i looked through chinese and arabian forums, i looked though rapidshare, 4share, heck even the chinese links are dead! I looked though every link i could find on the internet but i can only find a couple 3.5 spl roms. So as a complete last and final resort, i have decided to use this old account of mine and ask a professional for the files.
If any kind user out there could please take a few minutes of their time an re-upload a copy of any 1.2 spl rom then it would save me and any other users who have this problem in future.
