Hey I'm running an HTC 6800 with Bell. The problem i'm facing is that i accidentally flashed my phone with a verizon radio file, and now everytime i use my phone i get charged for international calling even when i'm sitting in my own room. I was wondering if there was a way to uninstall that radio file, or replace it with a bell one so its local again. i did try a simple installation of the bell radio over the verizon one, but it didn't work. This issue is really getting to me now...
Thanks in advance

follow the instructions here:
http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=TitanStockHome
you have to flash your phone back to the stock rom and radio, then update again using the correct carrier.
oh sweet! thank you. I will confirm once ive gone through the process.
Hey thanks a lot man. I was out of the country for a while so i couldn't try the process until 10 minutes ago. And it worked great.
thanks again.
I use telenav most of the time, still working on getting TomTom onto my device and was wondering if someone was able to extract the TeleNav cab from the T-Mobile USA rom, because TeleNav does not make it easy to get back onto your phone once its gone. They never update their compatible phone list so the TP2 is not evey there. But it comes preloaded. If you don't want to do this, even instructions on how I can do this myself would help. Thanks.

try this link.. its telenav for an att phone but it works great on my tp2 for tmoUS
I tried the ATT cab and didn't work, but found this from Sprint and is working fine.

The Sprint cab works fine for me too running the Energy Rom from 09/17.
I have contacted TeleNav through Twitter, and they have assured me that an OTA download was an oversight on their part and will be providing a downloadable OTA version for T-Mobile "soon" as they put it. The Sprint version works for me, but an official T-Mobile/TeleNav version will be nice. I will come back and post the link as soon as I have it.
I flashed the newest Radio that released with the ERE36B release. If I want to go back to the one that released with ERE27 version can I just flash it with no issues?
I've also been looking for an answer to this question. Maybe somene can help us.
Also, where did you find the ERE27 version? I'm looking for it everywhere and can't find any link to it.
You can flash it in fastboot, But there is always a risk of bricking when flashing a radio so always double check the md5sum before you flash the radio image. I found both ERE27 and ERE36B radio update's over at this website http://android.modaco.com/content/g...-online-kitchen-optional-root-insecure-himem/ . Hope this helps

So once you check the radio file integrity with its md5 checksum there's "no risk" of bricking it right?

Well there is always a risk. If your phone gets stuck on the update it will propably brick the phone. Just make sure you have either good battery status or your phone is connected to the charger.

There are several files in there and I'm not really sure. Obviously, I'm not going to take such a risk having a great community of people who know what they're talking about.
So, if I have ERE36B and want to downgrade to ERE27, is this the correct file I have to flash? The thing is I'm not sure because I'm reading all this "update" stuff everywhere and I'm now pretty confused. I'd appreciate someone's 10 seconds to check it out for me. You'll understand I don't want to mess up with radio stuff. Thanks
ERE27 / 32.24.00.22U_4.03.00.21_2 radio - update zip format
The update includes the Radio ROM shipped with ERE27, again as an update zip. It carries version number 32.24.00.22U_4.03.00.21_2. NOTE: This has been superceded by a new radio shipped with ERE36B.

takes you to Modaco's website with no download....
But thanks for the quick reply
edit...found one...nevermind!
Could you post your results of downgrading once you have the chance to realize if there were changes? I was also thinking about doing so.
Thanks.
I've downgraded from the 36 to the 27 radio because i had LOTS of issues with calling over BT carkit. (ppl could only hear my crackling voice)
once flashed back, issues were gone. So waiting for an official radio update and won't flash the leaked radio again.
I didnt notice any drops in 3g reception
I have all 3 at the root ready to flash. I switched last night to the 4.03 from the 4.04 and will see today how it works out. Still a lot of switching between e, 3g, and h at the house here.....
Will it work ?
Read the thread. Your answer is in there.
No one will hold your hand for you. You're a big boy.
You know you could just be nice about it, since you took the time to actually reply.
The answer is yes, afaik.

There's also a post later on in that thread containing an AT&T rom without the radio update (which apparently is what AT&T users are fretting about).
... and I saw Paul answer the question on Twitter too. I'm sure you can guess what the answer was...
I flashed the one with the radio update and everything seems to be fine.
Make sure you check the MD5 checksum, especially if you do the one with the radio update since a radio update could brick your device.
Yes, it does your BUT YOUR PHONE MUST BE ROOTED. I have an AT&T N1, which is rooted, and I downloaded the AT&T version at modaco and I'm currently running froyo. Loving it too.
Flash Paul's Pre-Rooted FroYo ROM & AT&T
Since it was said that flashing with the wrong radio could brick the phone I do not think it is fretting but a genuine safety check for a 500$ Device!
I did flash the full update with radio from Paul and I have no issue with the connection so far (wow so hard to say yes or no...)
So yes this rom work fine for me upgraded from cyanogen, now working into getting app2sd working (for some reason I get a PM not found)
Works fine WITH the radio included. Fret no more. Have AT&T version and did it earlier with no issues with the radio or any signal degradation.
baseband 2.32.40.11.09
I tried Google but all the links I found are old and invalid.
I may also need an older ROM, not sure yet. I found A 1.5 ROM here but the link was invalid as well.
I am trying to repair a MEID. Yes I know that is not an allowed topic and I am not asking how or giving advice on how. I just mentioned it so that you may understand why I need the radio.
Thanks!
Edit: Found the needed radio, Thanks!
i believe the impailer posted that radio in developent a few months back u might have to do some digging
ahaha nvm i found the post a few pages back this should be the latest sprint radio.

Thanks, but that radio is to new for my use. (I think)
I am looking for 2.32.40.11.09
Other older radios may work.. but that one is known to do the intended job.
