[Q] Can we downgrade to older ROM ?

Here's my main question
Can i downgrade back to older firmware by flashing the older firmware ?

Dell Streak Update o2 Lock Confused on baseband :(

Hi team,
i wish to upgrade my streak to steve's version of android .. the confusion is on the baseband thingy !!
Can anyone tellme which baseband update or change should i go for ??
My Dell streak info :

Gentlemen, and ladies of course.
I have an Atrix "Bell" , Custom image.
Rooted
Deoxed
Android Version : 2.2.2
Baseband : N_01.87.00R
Kernel : 2.6.32.9
Build number: OLYEM_U4_1.4.2
System version: Version.4.1.42.MB860.Telstra.en.AU
Now its a BELL phone. had to hack it to the Telstra 2.2.2, at that time.
Can I backup all my apps and data and upgrade to the newest BELL and restore after rooting and deoxing. ?

PS: any other version should be fine, anything that supports Arabic Lang will be the best.

Hello , I would like to ask if is ok to have different baseband version from the build number i recently flashed Omega V9.0 and the LTE_Modem_I9505XXUBMGA but my baseband version didn't change on a Galaxy s4 i9505. Here is my (Baseband Version i9505XXUBMEA & Build Number Omega V9.0 - XXUBMGA) is it alright or do i have to flash the LTE Modem again ? the phone seems ok ,i apologize for my English

Hi,
Baseband is not included in the ROM.
It does not matter what baseband you have,as long as it works.
If you are not having any signal problems,then, there is no need to worry.

[Q] N900 flashing only modem firmware

Can I only flash modem firmware of my N900 (currently N900DDUDNA1 ) for UK network N9005XXUENB1
if yes then how and where I can find the UK modem for N900 as my phone signal comes and goes.
my phone details:
Model number - SM-N900
Android version - 4.4.2
Baseband version - N900DDUDNA1
Kernal version -
