Does anyone have a problem with the YouTube widget on their device? Its seems to be cropped and it doesn't even flick anymore like the market widget. Any solution would be greatly appreciated.
Remove the widget....Flip your tab from landscape to potrait mode and then add the youtube widget....it worked for me...

I'm wondering the same thing. Any picture that's taken in portrait mode has the wrong orientation when sharing via mms or Facebook. Any workarounds?

its not just the NS, lurk around the SGS forums they might have a fix that will work, but other than that, it appears that the camera is only intended for use in Landscape
I have a question that I have been trying to answer for sometime now. In both the stock ROM and Cyanogenmod 6.1.1 all flash videos, like those on Facebook that people post, would be automatically played in landscape. How can I enable this without using the auto rotation in Gingerbread? Thank you for the help!

Ok, I guess what I actually need to figure out is how to get videos launched from the browser in landscape only. I have tried everything including those auto-rotate aps from the market and nothing works. Anyone?!?!?!?
Hey guys,
I installed beautiful widgets, tried different versions, like 3.3 and 3.4. When i try to download skins for weather, clock, battery or super clock, the only thing i get is the rotating icon and nothing happens at all. I tried with mobile data and over wifi as well. There is no data activity when i click on download skins.
Is someone facing this problem? Can anyone solve it out for me.
Thanks.

Someone please guide me.....
Same problem here. Even if I manually place skins in the skins folder they still don't seem to show up.
Anyone else have this issue? Seems to be the CNN or Youtube widgets (the ones with cascading effects). The only way to get them back is to reboot (that I have found). You cant add the widget back to the desktop because its still there. You will have duplicates if you reboot...
Any fix for this? Pretty annoying.
You can still long press it and remove it even though you can't see it. I've done this then added the widget back and that usually works. For the youtube widget mine only doesn't work when I'm not connected to wifi but the same concept might fix it. Goodluck

Skype just updated its app and now it forces in landscape mode. I glanced through the settings but couldn't find a way to use it in portrait mode. Any help?

maybe uninstall and find an older version on the net install then dont update?
come to think of it i might try that later too dunno why skype starting blocking portrait mode. i would only ever use landscape when its in a case/cover that has a stand
I know this is a super old thread, but I just had the landscape mode issue with Skype. If you download ultimate rotation control from the market, you can force it into portrait
