I know, but technically speaking it is still the Intensive Care Unit, and we all are aware of SJ's health issues. I would not want SJ dying of cancer no matter how I feel about the company.
It is like an innocent joke about for example fat people, said by a thin person in presence of an overweight person - not appropriate unless they are true friends and both know they are joking but wishing each other well.
It's the stupid patent system that feeds trolls like crApple.

Understood. Maybe not the most sensitive wording, but I doubt English is his first language. Besides, his post is peppered with smileys, not exclamation points so it's all good.
I'm not a fan of Apple. I'm aggravated that the US doesn't get the coolest Android phone at the same time as the rest of the world. Apple is only delaying the inevitable. How do you compete against open source and the world's hardware heavy hitters? What do you do when you're getting beaten it terms of volume and specs? You sue, of course. And pretend everyone is copying you and that you didn't borrow and repackage anything from anyone else. I hate the patent system.
So now we have to wait. Great, three months is like an eternity in Internet years.

Fail for software issue. Re-flash was what could have saved the beautiful device. Shipped ROM was slow and unresponsive, so I could see where I would have wanted to MAYBE smash mine if I was so inclined.

Motorola can suck it. Did we all forget they are trying to keep there phones from being unlocked? Also, cant you unlock the iPhone and get flash that way?
Lastly, most of us unlock our phones so we can get the extra featuers the devs left out or the carriers locked us from. Personaly the iPhone is just as capable if not better and doing some of the stuff our phones do. Not only that but it paved the way for Android. I never owned an I phone my rep on PPCGeeks is far above my posts so I am not a fan boy flagging you blind fools. Just stating the obvious. Ill probably never own an iPhone. Something about apple I just cant get it. They market these devices that all do the same thing. An iPod touch is an iPhone without the phone. Why would you need both and many people do by both. Whatever, not that you guys are idiots but there are just to many idiots spending money on something as dumb as an iProduct. Steve Jobs easily owns the pawns that by his crap.

Wow. All I can say is wow. How can people support a company like apple which tries to unfairly beat the competition by banning their products? They need to focus on making their products better instead of sticking with the same design for years and putting lawsuits on other companies.
Samsung won't stop manufacturing for Apple, why? Because it's a large conglomerate. Their manufacturing division is not the same as their consumer electronics division; the Samsung that designs phones purchases from the Samsung that manufactures them. They don't care who they are supplying to, it just has to make money.
With that said, the Samsung that develops phones notoriously mimick Apple hardware in one way or another, thus Apple's constant attention to halting their sales. Just look at how Samsung implemented S-Voice, it's a mere clone of Siri function albeit slower; Google instead goes and one-ups Apple's product rather than matching it. Different philosophies of business.

I completely agree if it wasn't effective it would make them idoits, but for me personally I found it incredibly annoying. I switched off as soon as that actress opened her mouth deloris, delila what ever her name was you know the one that looked drunk and I also skipped much of what happened prior to her appearing on stage and after, the only thing I can remember about the actual phone is s health or something, which I think sound like a bad idea having your fitness/health levels on your phone. Just sounds like another piece of data for companies to mine from you. Yeah yeah I know I'm paranoid.
