Is there an app or is it possible to develop one that can display the battery life of your bluetooth device on your phone? I use bluetooth headphones at the gym and cant easily keep track of the life in them. If a dev can do this, it would be great in the notification bar instead of widget. Thanks.

Since some of the bluetooth headset come with the battery reporting function for iPhones... is there/can someone write a widget for Android to show those readings on the home screen?
As the title states, which roms have the lowest power draw while keeping bluetooth on, regardless of listening to music, calls, etc. I hope the high drain bluetooth issue on the HD2 gets fixed soon as do some other people out there, but for the time being what builds are the best?
+ 1 on this
I have tried most of the builds, and all have very high drain with bluetooth enabled.
Usually I get betveen 60-80ma drain, this almost makes bluetooth useless for me.
Does anybody have any information as to way the drain is so high?
I was listening to music on my phone and noticed that there is no headset icon in the icon bar on the top of the screen - is this normal?
Yes it is.
Mine doesn't either. I don't think it is supposed to - not with stock Android or any ROM that I'm familiar with.
Maybe you're thinking of the Google Music indicator?
Yeah, I don't think aosp has that.. For sure sense do

Hey everyone,
I'm running Emporia ROM . As the title says, I want to remove the volume warning without installing Xposed framework, due to the reduction in battery life and performance. The ROM is perfect otherwise, but I would really like to remove the volume warning. Perhaps a zip you can flash? I know there are some apps that do the job, but would prefer a direct modification rather than a workaround
Secondary question, is there a way to disable notifications over Bluetooth when connected to my car's stereo? When I get a notification, it plays over both my phone speaker and then the stereo 1 second later. I would much prefer to have it play solely over the phone's speaker, and eliminate notification sounds over stereo completely. For now I'm resorting to setting the phone to vibrate every time I get in the car.
Also, is there anyway to delete that horrid pop up that occurs every time I enable Bluetooth? I always hit cancel since my phone pairs automatically, and it is incredibly annoying considering it serves no purpose
Thank you XDA
Bump, looking for answers

Okay guess I have to install a 3rd party app ! Thanks!
The v20 displays the battery of whatever device it is connected to and it does not have Bluetooth 5.0. I believe that feature is something built into the software by the manufacturer as some devices with Android have this feature and some don't, ours in specific
