Hai guys,
I need some help. I searched and red allot, but I can't find the answer.
I'm on a HTC HD2 with Android version 2.3.4
I have a Parrot car kit (CK3000) that is not working with my current BT version with is V2.3.4 (No I can't update the firmware of the car kit. For that I need a cable and is expensive.)
When I install an old version of Android, like 2.1, my car kit is working just fine with my HD2 but as you all now earlier versions of Android have robot voices and other (minor) bugs.
So basically this is what I ask:
I need an APK or another way to downgrade the current BT version to for e.g. V2.1 or 2.2
Can somebody help?
Thanks.
Kind Regards, Diq
I have a Typhoon v3.3.9 (GB2.3.4 build) ROM and it works fine with my CK3100. You surely must update the parrot firmware. You don´t nee any cable. I update it with a bluetooth connection on a notebook.
Mponte,
As I said, I have a CK3000 and not the CK3100 like you.
The CK3000 is not upgradeable by Bluetooth like your CK3100.
I know for sure, not only because it's been written on the original Parrot website, but I also have tried it! And I'm not going to order a cable cause it's worth more than my old CK3000...
Again,
My question was about downgrading the BT version of my phone, not about the upgrade for my CK3000......

So bluetooth was all updated/improved in Android 1.5 and I've loved being able to use bluetooth stereo for listening to music.
However, I'm having real problems using my headset as a hands-free kit now - I don't get any sound through the speaker, if I switch from bluetooth to the handset the speaker handset doesn't work either.
I have to then reboot phone to get speaker on handset working again. I have not been able to make a call using the headset.
I've tried two different headsets I have with the same results.
Any ideas?
Thanks
did you update the radio? i have same problem. I did a search today and thats all i've been able to find. I can't test it till later but i updated my radio. i got the file from dudeoflife's post in the development subforum. good luck
I just applied the UK update.zip that was posted on another thread on this forum.
Any luck getting bluetooth working in calls?
I applied the update from this thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=512325&page=2
Not sure if it includes the radio update - anyone know where I can get this (phone was stock, unrooted, RC9 before applying update)
I'm having the exact same problem Have tried calling T-Mobile in the UK to see if they have a solution. They suggested a factory reset, but it didn't solve the problem.
Check your baseband version - what does it say?
My baseband version is: 62.33.20.08U_1.22.12.29
The latest is apparently: 62.50S.20.17U_2.22.19.26I
No matter what I do I can't seem to update the radio to a more recent version

I have the latest - 62.50S.20.17U_2.22.19.26I ... If you're hoping that will fix the problem, it looks like you're in for a disappointment.
Bluetooth headset not working
My bluetooth headsets were not working with 1.5. I updated to radio 1.5, and now they are working. I downloaded the radio image here http://www.htc.com/www/support/android/adp.html

Not sure if it is what you're looking for (the version is off by one character - H vs U), but I was able to update to 62.50S.20.17H_2.22.19.26I using the file referenced in This Post
I got a mini bluetooth keyboard from Gearxs and it says it supports android and came with drivers. I installed it on my evo and was fine until I tried to open the software and it force closes so unable to use it.. anyone else try this mini keyboard? (mini-bt-keyboard on gearxs.com) Thanks!

ROM? Kernel? Hardware #? Rooted?
Its completely stock 2.2 what ever i got from the ota update. not rooted .. where can i find the hardware # you want?
As far as I know, the Bluetooth stack from HTC is screwed up beyond hope and doesn't like to work with the BT HID profile. That was true in the stock 2.1 ROM, not entirely sure about the 2.2 ROM.
hi everyone,
i've gotten a problems with my tattoo: i can't trasfer file with it (i'm using basic firmware 1.6). Can you tell my how to slove it? i 've heard about bluetooth stack. what is it ??
I've got problems with a tattoo bluetooth as well. Maybe I need wrist drivers...
Android 1.6 can only send files via bluetooth through the Bluetooth filestransfer app and then only with other phones with the same software. This is fixed in 2.x though.
I paired my PC to Wildfire
everytime i transfer files from pc to mobile, my mobile asks permission for transfer, quite annoying. Bluetooth Incoming File Accept/Deny
can some1 pl help me with disabling bluetooth file transfer permission with a trusted PC
thanks in advance
kindly post reply if u knew the solution
isnt there any solution to this .. kindly help me solve this
Hi realxception,
I am also facing some problems related to Bluetooth in wildfire.
My wildfire configuration after rooting through unrevoked3 :
Firmware version
2.1 update 1
baseband version
13.45.55.24H_3.35.15.31
Kernel version
2.6.29-c9472fc1

Build Number
1.25.720.1 CL227575 release-keys
Software Number
1.25.720.1
Browser version
Webkit 3.1
-----------------------------------
First thing, after rooting, my a2dp is not working, means i cant hear music on my normal bluetooth headset, which I used to before rooting, though normal calling features are working through the bluetooth headset.
can you confirm if you had checked this thing on your piece before rooting.
Now I need to unroot back it stock image, so that I can take it to HTC for getting this problem checked.
And for bluetooth pairing, I suppose this is a shortcoming in android as a whole that even after pairing you have to click accept again and again.
I am from Delhi, can we get in touch on Mobile. : 09971777426
my firmware details are exactly same as urs.
i dont hv blue headset , so cant comment on its working. will try to test it n post results soon
currently am using bluetooth file transfer app or wifil explorer to upload or browse files...
