Maybe I am missing something, but I can't find anything that says how long the warranty is for the NCs that B&N is selling on eBay. Does anyone know? Also, any feedback from those who have bought them would be great.
Thank you,

Is Barnes and Nobles actually the ones selling them? If that's the case they should be warranted for the same 1 year as the new Nooks.
Yes, the seller is called barnesandnobleinc or something like that.

I think it's port much always b&n doing the selling. Mine was a overstock refurb ($180 : D) and it was shipped from B&N.

And I'd purchased some Star Trek memorabilia from "JamesTKirk" on e-bay.. But that doesn't mean it was the starship captain.
If it's not officially B&N on ebay, then your warranty is "only from the seller".
If it's not on the terms, then there isn't one.
But it does look as if Barnes and Noble does have an official ebay store. Here's the warranty link: http://stores.ebay.com/Barnes-and-Noble-Store/Warranty.html

Google no longer sells the Nexus One, although some carriers are offering it. I think Videotron here in Canada had it for free on a 3-year contract.
The Nexus S replaced the Nexus One and is widely available... $99 on contract here... not sure about your location.
They often come up cheap on eBay with broken power buttons caused by a bit of a design fault. There are a load of mods around so you can use the trackball instead. Not really a huge loss...

Just out of curiousity, how is eBay too expensive? Google sold the phones brand new for $549 and I think eBay has them for around $250. If that is too high, you could always check Craigslist or even better, go to the Swappa section in the CyanogenMod forum.

Well eBay hasn't been that good to me n the bids have been outrageous; I'm really trying to get a brand new one in the box cuz my luck I would get on Craig's n something would be wrong with it; is 300 for nexus one a good.price? Brand new? Thank again for your replys guys;

$300 for a new one would be a very good price. Just compare it to new devices at the same price level and you'll see. It's still a very good device even though it's oldish.

I just called and they said they were regular price $19.99. Did you use a coupon code or something? Thanks.
Nope. Just walked in and asked if they had them in stock. The lady said yes, told me they were on sale and led me over to them. Maybe its only in certain stores??? That seems weird though.

its funny cause of the three verizon stores in my area none of them have ever had the battery doors. they all seemingly have no idea what i am talking about. -_-

I can't find them locally for that price, so if you go back and buy more, I'll send you $5.00 for a red one.
I'll also chip in $5 for one. I'm currently using tape...
In for a white one please
you can find all on ebay shipped free for about $11. other colors as well.. bout a white and a black one and they both fit really well.. old one was beat up a little..

I checked the verizon website and they don't even show up in the HTC Incredible accessories list: link
Must be in-store only. I know my store was clearancing Incredible accessories a couple months ago, so that's probably what your store was doing. It probably heavily depends on whether or not your store ever had them to begin with (which many did not).
To summarize, YMDWV (your mileage definitely will vary, just created that myself )
Alright guys, so we all know the Kindle Fire is dropping next month, but for anyone looking for a Nook Color this deal cannot be beat!!
The seller is DailySteals, I have ordered from them before (Pixi Plus) with no problems at all.
Great price IMHO considering used ones still pull $160-180 and new ones go for $190-200 on eBay.

I have always heard some good experiences with ebay although I cannot speak on the amount of money you would get based on how you configure your sale. I personally always go for craig's list because it allows you to work out an arrangement that you both can agree on instead of settling. Works best if you use the built in auto forward email feature so that you do not have to disclose your email address to potential buyers and leave the possibility of being bothered later when the Nexus is long gone. Good luck!

Strassern

Craigslist for me too, so I can deal locally and in cash. If you have a problem on eBay there's nothing eBay will do to help and you will be out either your money or the device...
I sold my HTC flyer within 2 days on craigslist. While there are still crooks on cl, by dealing locally and in cash, I've never had any problem. I also use the email forwarder and provide no personal details until I can smell that all is on the up and up...

I think eBay will get you more money as far as "hey, I sold it for $175" but then when you pay the fees and the shipping you end up with $125 in your pocket. Craigslist will give you cash instantly (no gaming playing with PayPal), and you will probably get more in the end if you sell it for less money.

Yeah but its not like you'll be out of anything besides time. You don't send the product until they pay. Some jerks will bid on a item with no intentions to pay but its not like you take a loss financially. Ebay will refund all fees associated with listing the item if the buyer doesn't pay. But it does suck if you have to go thru the hassle of relisting it again lol.

I second this.
my vote goes towards Amazon. this is where i sold my Asus TF101.
and 2nd to Swappa.
I go craigslist. But if you use craigslist post a number if you actually want to sell. Myself and everybody I know skip over adds that don't post a number, when I actually want to buy something I want to talk to you now not wait for you to ignore my email because your to lazy to take 30 seconds and delete your add (which really is that easy from an android phone) after a sell like a previous reply implied.
Thanks for the suggestions.

I would try another tech forum like Hard OCP or Anandtech or similar. Both have established markets with few incidents. Make sure the user can verify themselves, uses Heatware, etc. If that failed, I'd try Craigslist, meet publicly, cash-only, etc. The hits from either Paypal or Ebay alone is OK but NOT both. I only sell things on ebay if I know I can't sell it elsewhere (needs bigger market, niche item).
