No, in your case you should buy a HTC DESIRE HD.

Ok, serious now.
AFAIK you have to upgrade your Radio-Rom to at least 2.08.x or higher, I don't know exactly.

Pls upgarade Radio from 1.12.xx.xx... to 2.15.xx.xx, depend on your mobile.
Before do it, run HSPL3 for HD2.

I am the hd2 new user. I also like to know how to install android to my phone? Is it possible some one to let me know??? Tq

hi to all,
i installed the FroyoStone Sense V3.2 on my hd2 (WWE:1.66.405.2) and i have some questions.
1.after rebooting the phone is going back to factory installed firmware. after 2-4 times is going to adroid. how can i make to boot on adroid without trying and trying?
2. the files on sd for android i have to keep it all? my own files (pics, song e.t.c i have to create more folders that's all?

Dark forces team android hd2

Hi!
I have a hd2 with android. Have had it for two months, and im very satisfied but this morning the phone was black.. Nothing happened, i removed the battery, turned it on again, it startet loading as always, the DFT Dark forces team logo came up as always, but then it freezes.. Have tried many times now, but stops at the same time everytime. Any idea?

What ROM are you using?
What radio?
What bootloader are you using( cLK or MAG)?

Thx for answare.. Im not sure, followed a guide. I tried to copy the link, but i was to new in the forum
So i used some words and numbers i found in the guide, maybe this will tell you something. The guide is from Dkszone net

Okay just wondering why dft image is coming if you have an android rom. Anyway.
As far as I understand you can't get into magldr?
If you can do i would suggest to go into clockwork mod but i think you won't have it.
I think you should just do a complete reflash or anybody gives him a magldr cwm which can be started via magldr android sd function to let you make a backup of the whole entire rom and than flash a rom via cwm.
Hope somebody can tell you more since I am not on my computer.

Yes you will have to but you can backup your contacts and sms with several apps.
Try ndt miui rom (just have a look into nand section)

Anyway nobody is going to help you do something so simple which there are tonnes of guides for, they're only going to point to one of these said guides. onto my htc htd2, and i must say its brilliant, i love it, that is when wifi is on, i cant connect to my internet tho, it says no internet connection, im running tmobile uk can somebody please help with this issue

Did you try the fix even it should be included already in v1.0 according to the changelog

No Network -.-

I installed Win7 and Win7.8 on my device today. But on none of them i have a carrier. HD2 have no simlock but it dont find any carrier. I am using T-mobile germany. I installed Radio Leo 2.15.50.14 before setup. whats wrong here?
Edit: just tried my wifes Sim (Ortel) works fine with this device. T-Mobile sim dont work
Edit2: just installed Android. Sim Work here. But not on WP7

if you install Pdaimatejam ROM, just little read... you need also to install 3G fix...

with CAB sender... look my signature first link is with downloads, also install tutorial for almost all what you need

I want to say you, your ROM actually work very fine. BUT now i can not start my device. because in leo advanced in choose "glass" Startscreen. And my device will not boot to windows anymore

is not my ROM, just reshared links...
you must do hard reset or flash again

[Help] Hd2 detects the network but no call after screen change

Hello,
I've changes the screen of an HD2, and since the network is detected but can't call with or send an sms, and sometimes even the network is not detected
on the motherboard everything seems to be in place
Do you think that is an software problem or hard ?

It could be that the contacts for the antennae are not making contact with back cover of phone, which they need to be doing!!

I reinforced the contact, I flashed the phone in android windows mobile but still the same problem!

Only other thing I can suggest is you have the wrong radio version installed. Best to try and Install the correct radio for your location
Read up before trying this and make sure to Install the correct version
If you have a TMOUS HD2 you can brick it by installing the wrong version, make sure it has a 50 in the version no.
Search for the HD2 master radio thread.
Best of luck with it...
