Bet that next summer they release a multicore with slide-out. I'm guessing they're banking on most of us having 2 yr upgrades. Epic 2 is just a toy for those with a 1 yr upgrade that wants a bit of a boost or those coming to Sprint that like the Epic but don't want to buy a 1 yr old phone and also want a slideout.

I wonder if its gonna look the same. Obviously sprint saw something good in this keyboard. And most will ***** about cores. Fact is there's no need for a second core. Single cores perform just fine for the time being.

The problem is not now but future...lets assume you keep phones for 1 year...so sure right now Epic can run everything as-is great..but in the next year there will be apps made specifically to take advantage of the dual cores..and little by little we will fall behind...

Pentile on a WVGA resolution screen like the one in Galaxy S was very noticeable. This is probably the reason why pentile is hated by so many regardless of the resolution
