I thought that the latest ota solved the browser lag problem, but it seems to be back now. The problem I'm talking about is the low frame rates and stutter that I experience when scrolling around a website.
Anybody else get this problem? I tried clearing the cache, to no avail

Have you tried another browser? Dolphin hd is great imo.

Maybe you should get a more classic browser...
I like the stock browser the best, and when it's not lagging it's fast and smooth and glorious.
I un installed a bunch of unused apps and other crap and things seem to be a bit better...

The stock browser is quite laggy yes but in the update (I hope) it's going to be very smooth At least it was on the ported 3.0 sense to DHD

To make TV Out works in AOSP/AOKP/CM9 all you need is install Fluxi Kernel and select in xxTweaker app Systen/Exynos Sensor/Propietary Sensor HAL, reboot and TV Out works with limitations.
All the actions are not showed in the TV but you can watch films with MX Player at least.
I found it testing some options.
Please, click Thanks button.

niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice can anyone confirm
I wrote this before in other threads and other users confirmed it.

It works fine without doing any of that in CM9 anyway. Seems to work if MX Player is using hardware video decoding.

Where do I find the 'xxTweaker' app?
Not seeing it in the app drawer.
Firstly you have to install Fluxi Kernel and later on the app through CWM. Check Fluxi Kernel post in the first comment.

Here is one for ya. I got the S2 in July and purchased a menotek mhl to hdmi adapter the same week. Watched movies on the hotel tv from that week on. Until last week. An update hit my phone over night from Android and now the TV out fails to work. Before I only had to plug in the adapter to the cell after hooking to the tv and there my screen was with fully options. Any ideas?
Debating between stock Samsung or Chrome - which do you use? I tried Dolphin with Jetpack, scrolling is way too fast.
I use dolphin on everything

I use Chrome as I need Tasker, Lightflow and Pebble accessibility services and due to a bug in either Android or Touchwiz, the stock browser 'talks' if any accessibility functions are enabled.

I am torn between chrome and stock as well.
I chrome but the stock one works with the bookmark widget better.
I might check out dolphin. I have used Firefox but meh.
Sent from my SM-N9005 using Tapatalk 2
The stock browser says things like 'page loading', 'page loaded' etc. If any accessibility functions are enabled.
I'll be using Chrome for now until I find a better alterative browser.

boat browser, because of his "full screen" option
Right now I'm using Firefox with the flash apk. Love it so far. No lag or anything. Firefox for android has come a long way since I last used it. Also I have the ad block plus addon which works so I don't need root to block ads.

There was a feature in the Note II under browser settings > labs that gave the option for full screen and quick control gestures. I can't find it anywhere on the Note 3.
Also, looks like the stock Note 3 browser no longer syncs my bookmarks from my google account.
Can anyone confirm this or am I missing something.
Without these two things, the stock browser is worthless.
Try NB Pro browser. It really is very good. Not much to look at. I used to use Boat and Dolphin however I swear by this. It is developed by one of the debs at Xda. Very fast.
I use stock browser, perfect imho! And i sync favorites stored in two years of use of SIII
i prefer dolphin.
Hey guys, i was curios to what browser do you all use?
Post ROM info and browser + if you are happy with it and how it runs
Im currently on UHD 5.0.1 + stock browser, but sometimes feels slow, especially when closing it or having it switch from facebook to browser for instance..

Opera is the best browser.
Dolphin and Chrome
I'm on Ultimarom with a Galaxy S3 and I mostly use Dolphin and Chrome, although I'm not really happy with either one. Haven't been able to find one that I really like.
uc and mozila
Chrome & native browser
Since I used Symbian I yave used Opera Mini, it saves much traffic and charges pages very fast but the lack of flash player and html5 makes that when I need this I use stock on 4.0+ with its good pc mode or Opera Beta, wich is veery good also.
Dolphin browser mini, sooooo fast and bugless

I use the AORP 4.4.2 too!
I use dolphin though, to browse AND download. It also has flash support (you got to download the hacked 11.1 flash app here in xda)
