T-Mobile Banner??

Anybody know a way to edit the T-Mobile banner? I've looked for a way through the LockScreen apk file but I doubt if it was there and I know its possible lol, any suggestions? I posted a ScreenShot as well, thanks in advance!

Changing Look of Defy Dock (Cyanogenmod 7.1)

Hi guys,
I use CM7.1 on my Defy.
Can I change the dock to look like the one given in the picture? Please see the attachment. i'm referring to the Menu & other icons with it. Is there an icons pack I can download?
