Changing Look of Defy Dock (Cyanogenmod 7.1) - Defy Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi guys,
I use CM7.1 on my Defy.
Can I change the dock to look like the one given in the picture? Please see the attachment. i'm referring to the Menu & other icons with it. Is there an icons pack I can download?
