help ~my phone is dead?

when i flash a rom with odin..a min later.i saw the odin ProgressBar still not move ,so i pulled out the usb and the battery.then put the battery in the phone again, and wanted to go into the download mode to flash the rom again..but when i wanted to power on the phone.,my phone can't power on any more..try many times..it's still dead ..do anyone know what's the problem with my phone?
Take the battery out and press the download mode (three buttons) and insert the battery. This worked for me and I got the download mode back this way. Used a flat table to push the bettery in.
Good luck.
Do you get anything on screen at all or is it just black?
Try leaving the battery out of the phone for over an hour then putting it back in and see if you can go into download mode, this worked for me after I semi-bricked my phone before Christmas. Otherwise you may be able to get it into download mode with a USB jig if you are lucky

which rom were you flashing? did it contain sbl.bin and boot.bin? if they were contained, the luck is lower than the others. if it didnt contain them, it is like 99% you will rescue your phone by download mode.

[Q] vibrant wont boot , is this bricked??

my tmobile vibrant went down few hours ago ,i was rebooting clock..recov an it reboot into the open galaxy s logo an wont do anything . it wont boot back into recovery an it doesnt even show the battery charging .thats the only other screen i can get .....what have i done an plz tell me there an answer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
Try plugging one end of the usb cable while holding down the volume buttons now plug in the other end of the usb cable while still holding the buttons. This should get you to download mode and subsequently you can odin back to stock.

No it's not bricked use the toolbox and you can start over.

Just bootlooped. You may need to odin back to stock and start over don't know not enough info. Check the toolbox, but more importantly, read the noob guide it has all the ways to solve there

i rooted my phone today which worked out fine, i went on to install a custom rom which is my first time i read several guides, etc before trying to install Darkys rom which i wasent sure if it was compatable anyway after trying to flash it using odin through download mode it i closed my odin beacause it was not working my phone was still in download mode so i turned it off by holding the power button and when i tried to reboot it nothing comes up at all is it dead or is there something i can do any help apperciated i have a Uk version of the phone , thanks
Remove the battery for about 1-2mins then power it on again.
You weren't sure if something was compatible, yet you flashed it anyway? Sounds like a bad move.
Try holding the power button down by itself for ~10 seconds. If nothing, then try EarlZ's suggestion. If still nothing, then plug it into a power source for a few minutes, then repeat the process.
What do you mean that Odin "wasn't working"? More information required.
Yeah i feel like kind of a fool now but i left the battery out for a while a but still nothing, but it seems to get quite hot ill plug it into a powersource for a little and see what happens and when i pressed the start button in odin nothing happened at all ,the phone was connected
still nothing but it is getting somewhat hot which is a bit of hope that it isnt completly dead it is hot at the top of the phone (not where the battery is)
Did you put the phone in debug mode before trying to flash.
What happens if you press "power+voldown+home. Can you get in to debug mode? If not you gona have to need the jig.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1156348 There is also a link there to make it yourself.
Regarding odin..when you exit odin does the process end-ie does task manager show its no longer running?

[Q] Note 3 BRICKED even after Stock flash

So Im going to start from the beginning. I have a Verizon Note 3 MJE, rooted with VROOT, cool now Im rooted.
Now i wanted a Custom Rom, So i downloaded Safestrap 3.64 and the Hyperdrive Rom. All good..
Go into the slots of Safestrap recovery create the partition, install HyperDrive and hit Reboot...
Phone reboots but the screen stays blank.. Go do my research and says wait 5-10 minutes after install for w.e reason..
20 minutes go by... go back into safestrap re do process... nothing again.. decided to go back to stock download all Safestraps and one by one start to install and uninstall trying to verify that i have installed the correct Safestrap for installing the Rom... (i know don't tell me Im an idiot but it made sense last night) nothing that i did work... so went back to stock JB 4.3 so now Im rooted as i began...
go into the Safestrap app and uninstall from recovery this one was Safestrap 3.71.. phone is working fine..
So I have no Safestrap im good... set my phone down to clean my car, the phone Wont turn on..
NOOOOOOOO, IDK for the life of me What happened... So i try every button possible, nothing! Recovery Nothing!!!
I plug it to charge it shows the pre charging battery then shuts and repeats...
figured let me try holding Down-Menu-Power while is doing that ... i get into Download mode, Not gonna lie i cried a little lol
Flashed the Stock Firmware 4.3 with the VZW note 3 32g PIT file... finishes ... Resets now Stuck on BOOTLOOP with the Custom Note 3 Splash screen and on top says Entering Recovery but never does... I Have Tried almost everything but hit it with a BAT!!! Can someone please help me...

1. pull sd card
2. hold vol down, home, power to enter "download mode"
3. hit cancel and it should fire up

The phone will only work if is plugged in to A\C OR computer usb..
I plug it in, the loading battery will pop up, turn off and then repeat.. the whole process takes about 3-4 secs..if unplugged wont do anything at all, when plugged into the computer it lets me access download mode but not recovery..

I would try flashing the stock unrooted mje file by itself.
If you are in same boat then I would flash the pit file by itself. AFTER
All of which is done in odin.
i 2nd that ^^^

To be honest...that sounds like a dead battery. You know someone else who has a note 3 you can test by trying their battery?

[Solved] Cannot use battery power on recovery and system

So, here's my situation, my phone suddenly turned off last night while installing a game, when i tried to power it up, it "blinking" on the boot logo, it keeps turned on and off, so i reckon its battery has run out, so i charge it, then it works, it can boot to system, after it shows around 80% i unplugged the charger but the phone then suddenly turned off and again, blinking on the boot logo.. so i charge it again just to see it boot to system and shows 80% battery.. i tried to charge it to 100%, but at 100%, the phone suddenly died, again..
at first i thought it might be a battery problem, or power circuit thingy, but here's the catch, it can hold for 30 mins + on bootloader mode..
can someone tell me what is wrong with my phone?
EDIT: flashed stock ROM and Recovery, still no use
EDIT2: Did the QPST as suggested as Rwepradeep, still blinking on lenovo logo
EDIT3: Solved! Battery was the actual problem

okay so i did the qpst thing, it can hold on at download mode until it finished, then after that the phone reboots, and it happened again...
i don't get this phone, it works well on bootloader and download mode, but not so long at recovery.. not to mention i can't even boot into system (can't even past the boot logo lol)
Okay so, i took it to Lenovo Service Center, they told me something wrong with the battery, apparently it hold up on bootloader because the bootloader mode didn't took so much power, so even a broken battery should hold up a little.. Changed the battery, now it works well, thanks for all the help..
