Strange 32A combination, have some questions

Hello all,
I have a new HTC Magic from Vodafone Romania. Strange thing..it's a 32A and have the perfect SPL (lucky me ).
The phone is Vodafone locked and have the Vodafone logo when booting.
Will I be able to upgrade it in October when HTC will release the Sense UI for 32A Magic?
Or should I use right now the goldcard to load a Hero ROM?

This is a branded ROM, so it will be not possible to upgrade it in "normal way" with HTC upgrade.

Try androot in the market to get root, rom manager from market for the recovery, and 32a rom bible for any version of android

I've read many threads on 4R but they make me confused, so I ask for help
- Pls show me the link to official ROM (I've tried with 19. [xda-ftp] [4shared] 3.03.728.4 Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam WWE but failed with USB error)

1. Copy to SD card
2. Volume down + Power
It will automatically search for update, just follow screen

It's better to get S-OFF and use one of custom ROMs with tags [32A][6.35] or [32A][NewRadio]. Official ROMs are very old...

Htc magic vodafone uk 32b

I have questions about this cel. I have a htc magic 32b comes of UK, but unlock to use in brazil. My htc is android 1.5 and i want upgrade to 2.2....my question is : if i update the htc i lose unlock to use in brazil ?
