HTC A7177 problem

hi all plz help me to restore my HTC Dream A7177
i try to downgrade the rom version and erased the boot and user aria
but the rom stop and tell me incorrect id
im tray the most roms but it still reject roms
my device is
DREAM PVT 32B SHIP S-ON
HBOOT-1.38.0000 (DREA20000)
CPLD-4
RADIO-2.22.19.26I
...........
MY DEVICE is on fastboot mode only
pleas any one help me step by step the serves center in my contry dont help me and tell me they dont have support for my mobile model

Can i install htc hero rom on my phone .. Please, please help me

I have htc magic from vodafone with the following
Sapphire pvt 32A ship S-ON-H
HBOOT-1.33.0010 (SAPP100000)
CPLD-12
RADIO-3.22.20.17

and if yes .. how can i do this ?
i really need this hero rom to be installed.
please guide me step by step .. i'd be very thankful

1) this is the wrong section
2) is your phone rooted?
3) if not find the thread to root you phone.
4) once rooted look for a hero rom that is for 32a and radio 3.22

1. Change your SPL from 1.33.0010 to 1.33.0009

Thanks man but my problem is when i proceed to first step .. i surprised that htc magic vodafone is not compatible with HTC Sync ..
i'm fed up from this stuff .. can u help me !!?

HTC sync is not supported on vodafone magics

Just at the bottom of the page is big DOWNLOAD for that rom, you just need a recovery that i have you can flash it with this

HI guys im a Rogers Magic plus on ATT 3g user. i Updated my phone to the new rogers 2.1 android update last week but i want froyo.
im very dumb when it comes to phone hacking so i dont understand most of the lingo being said around here.
i have : sapphire pvt 32a ship s-on h
hboot-1.76.0010 (sapp50000)
cpld-12
radio-6.35.16.19
what do i need to get froyo? i installed Universal Androot and it said the phone was rooted successfully. I installed Rom Manger v2 from the market and it said i have flashed ClockworkMod Recovery 2.5.0.1....
what is the next step or did i do something wrong already? plz help? also i need suggestions on the best froyo magic rom.

Dont use ROM manager because there were bricked phones, only froyo for magic is CYnaogenmod which works way worse then then Stock rogers rom adn you have to downgrade you radio and spl which will lower your signal so stick with Stock ROM or install Rooted Stock rom from Capy

- Pls show me the link to official ROM (I've tried with 19. [xda-ftp] [4shared] 3.03.728.4 Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam WWE but failed with USB error)

1. Copy to SD card
2. Volume down + Power
It will automatically search for update, just follow screen

It's better to get S-OFF and use one of custom ROMs with tags [32A][6.35] or [32A][NewRadio]. Official ROMs are very old...
