I got my Atrix and bought an unlock code from gsmliberty and have unlocked my phone but now motoblur is asking me to sign in , I dont have an account and I wave tried to make an account from my PC but the creating account status bar just keeps going over and over I left it for an hour and still nothing.
There is no button to create an account on my phone and also if I try to do a hard reset by holding the vol down and power button all I get is a motorola screen that shows "starting RSD protocol support" at the top and then nothing happens.
Any help would be great.

my friend has pressed to many times the wrong fingerlock-grafic
so my magic says to me that i have to put now my google account name and password, but i had forgotten which i used when i first created it on the magic at first boot. So i went to my Pc an pressed i forgot my password, changed it and its possible to login to my googlemail account on PC, but if i type in the same on the Magic it doesnt works to unlock my Magic ... i am very frustrated
Has it a data-connection?
If not, try to set APNs (if avaible by pressing menu)

I heard someone else had this problem. When you change your password online, it doesn't update to the handset cos it is disconnected for security reasons, and so it is still looking for your old password.
Hard reset it, when you log back in, your contacts and calendar etc will re-sync automatically, and all the apps you installed should be in the my downloads sections of the market.
The moral of the story is:
If someone can break it, they will, so turn all the security features OFF before letting friends play with your phone!!
So ya ummmm, I added a passcode to my new HTC dream. Well I forgot it and got it worng to many times. Now it asks me to put in my email and password so I think it's asking for my gmail info so I enter it and it tells me it's worng. So I reset my gmail password and it still says it's wrong. IDK what to do it tells me that I have entered to many wrong patterens or something so what do I do how can I fix this is there anyway I can go back and retry the parrern?

well you could wipe and it will take you to the setup, from there you can make a new gmail account.
can you log into the account on google from pc?
yes I can access my gamil form my PC. So how do I wipe the phone?
Power off the g1 then hold home and power to boot it into recovery, from there flip out the keyboard and type Alt-L then Alt-W to wipe.
after that is done press home + power for about 5 sec then release

I did the same thing, my gf at the time was playing with it and the phone went into defcon 4 lol
I just got my new Motorola Atrix but my AT&T dealer line isn't active yet so I don't have a sim card that is provisioned. I hooked it up to wifi and Motoblur keeps giving me a "Motoblur is Busy" error message so I can't even access my old motoblur account or make a new one >.< Please if anyone has any idea whats wrong help me out!
I tried to access the Motoblur website from a computer and it said it's umder construction.. does anyone know how to bypass the setup stuff so I can at least set up my gmail and get apps???

First off thank you for the prompt reply. I tried that website but everytime I time I try and have it send me a password reset email it doesn't pop up in my gmail. Also even more confusing is that it won't let me set up a new account. It keeps saying server error..
Any ideas? The fact that I can't get past this one screen is REALLY frustrating lol
I had a heck of a time setting up my wifes. Just kept trying and it finally went through.
Thanks all I got it working. It was my old motoblur account. For some reason I couldn't use it, and I couldn't set up a new account under the same email account either. They also wouldn't send the email to reset the password either..
So I just created a new account with a new email and it synced just fine
hey, my ususal phone (xperia play) is in for repair and i have a loan phone, which is a defy, i have insaerted my sim card and turned it on and it says i am to sign in to motoblur.. the problem is that it only has a log in button and a forgot password button, there is no create a new account, how do i go about creating a new account in motoblur, because the forums in motoroler say it has to be done on the phone

It means the previous owner had created the account. The prompt you see is the login, a security measure in case of sim change.
I think a factory reset from recovery will clear it.(am not sure, never tried it)

i have been using different emails for google lately. ive flashed LOS, Stock b-32 i just cant sign in. When i enter setup, it tells me verify your account "this device was reset. to continue, sign in with a goodle account that was previously synced on this device"
how do i get past that? I enter my main google account but it says error signing in
One thing I can think of is that you should select setup as new device in the initial setup instead of selecting a previous device

Ah how I remember this happening to me awhile ago. I honestly waited 48 hours and the FRP was gone like Google said

Well if that's the case, there is a guide on YouTube to help you with going in through the keyboard to settings and pressing the factory reset button.
I'd also log into your account by PC and look at the entries for devices.
