does any1 have step by step instructions on how to theme the marketplace...i found a thread where you can have your marketplace look different...i just have no idea on how to #1. back up the current marketplace i have and #2 change my marketplace to a different color.

You're in the right place. Go down to the dev section and look for the stickys at the top. Good luck.
step 1: go to vibrant development section
step 2: click on a 2.3 rom thread
step 3: follow install instructions in the first post of said thread

first start with hspl and radio
then
choose and flash wp7.5 rom
then
follow the videos to partition and install android on sd
again my threads have organized everything(roms,guides,etc..) so you could check them out

the first link is to install clockwork mod, this will help u to instal roms, but before that u have to install magdlR, in the first link it will direct you to a different link where u can install magdlR
the second link is needed if u want to fully whipe your phone, or if u would like change the size of it,
