[DISCUSS] Playstation Pocket Store Not in my Region

Hi quick question Playstation pocketstore shows that it's not available in my region or country
does this has to do I imported it and need to wait for the offcial launch in my country or is it not working for some others ?
also will I be able to pay with playstation network cards ?

Only available in the UK atm, no playstation credit won't work.

I rooted my phone and used market enabler,it worked on the app store,but not the playstation pocket store.
Does it check the ip or what?

Is this the Sony store there releasing?

I'm pissed at Sony they didn't release this for the Sony play this was originly for the s model :-( what are they doing are they going to get rid of the pocket version because it seems stupid keeping it with this new version! Thanks for the link:-D

We are getting it for Xperia play in the Ics update. But we have had it running since last year unofficially. They have let R800i accses the UK and JAP store since then.

1) Do we need a PSN ID to purchase games using this application?
2) Do games purchased on the Play carry over the PSP and PS3 (where compatible)? I want to purchase WipEout, but only if I can also play it on my PSP/PS3 as well.

You hav to login to your PSN account. No Google Play links anymore!
When I went to buy a game, it was going to buy the game from my PSN Wallet Credit so I'm just guessing the stores are linked.. But no games here that I want to try downloading on my Xperia Play and see if they appear on my PS3...
Unless someone already has one of the new games on their PS3 and wants to see if it will let them download it for free because they already own it...
If the Vita had psOne support now I would just give it a try but I will hold off for now...

SMS paying for apps?

Hey, it isnt a question, but discussion. Half year ago on some Android news page in my country was an article about "SMS paying for apps and games possible", half year then, searching on internet and nothing. I would like to read more about it cuz some countries support that, but not many.

If you mean paying for apps via your bill or credit on GPlay then yes, but its limited to a few carriers.

I think you can already buy games from Gameloft website via SMS .
I already bought 2 games doing so , since paid applications aren't available on Play store here in Egypt

I know right, but its more expensive than on Play store and i dont want to buy Gameloft games.

in my country saudi arabia playstation app is not supported. i got 6 movies code to redeem in privilege movies app

Same, although there were some alright movies there at least. And to tell you the truth I've never heard of any of those games, are any of them any good?

Ireland got only 60 days of Music Unlimited. no movies, no games, no playstation app...

Not a gamer... did try one game. Did not like it. Deleted.

i am also what you would call a core gamer and didn't recognize any of the games either (i'm a PSN Plus, PS3/Vita gamer too). however, the game Surge is pretty fun. cool concept, i'd give it a try.
