3.2 update in India too.

Its 3.2 download size is about 350mb. But I am rooted with thor recovery. I don't want to lose the root.so no updating for now.

[Q] UK Latest OTA version?

Does anyone in the UK have OTA 3.2.1 yet on a stock, unmodified A501?
My tablet has Acer_A501_4.031_24_COM_GEN1 currently installed and when I raised a question with Acer UK, I got no help at all regarding availability of an OTA update to a later version. All they offered was a "wipe tablet back to factory defaults and try an update search". Useless!!!

Sorry, not sure about the UK, but seeing as the leak for ICS already came out for your "GEN", I'd be looking for ICS within the next 8 weeks or so for your tab. Just a guesstimate.

Yep I'm on stock honeycomb 3.2.1 and I'm in the UK. Received the update last December and it has been nice. Just waiting for ICS

Should I Wait Or Go?

I have sucessfully rooted and unlocked my tf300t with the stock rom .30, but i have been reading around the forums about jb4.1 and was wondering whether or not to revert back to stock. Also I was wondering if custom roms will update to jb4.1 and if i need to unroot or revert my bootloader to update to jb4.1 stock? Thanks.

you can't re-lock your bootloader anymore. which means no jb ota update or any other updates from asus ota.

You can always flash stock Rom, even with bootloader unlocked.
When official JB by Asus come, you will be able to flash it too.
About unofficial JB, there is already CM10. It's usable, but some features are yet not working, like Bluetooth...

So i should be able to flash jb4.1 ota when it comes since im still on stock rom? And will i lose my root privelidges when flashing the new update?

I don't know if you will be able to get ota update automatically. Our friend above said not. But you still can flash it manually, from stock or from any custom Rom.
About root, you will lose it, but can root again.

ICS for GT-P6810 or not?

Hi,
I already saw multiple threads about official ICS for the wifi-only model, but there seems to be no such (official) firmware available. My KIES states that "You have the latest firmware", with the additional info "PDA:LB4 / CSC:LA1 (ATO)". Am I doing something wrong?

I have ICS on my p6810 installed from Kies. I also received the 2nd update ota.

I have uk official ics, i just didnt use kies. I used odin instead.
Only uk and hk have official ics via kies so far.
I'm in Australia and didn't want to wait.

I have a GT3113, and I got the same update a few days ago. But there's no official OTA JB update for our devices yet.....

Not sure if anyone else caught this or not, but the update that you got is the same base OS that the JB updates are coming from based on what I see at SamFirmware.

Meanwhile I still have 4.0.3 waiting for 4.0.4 and also 4.1.1

im on 404, p3100, i got notification for update, but i dont have wifi, i prefer odin method, so came checking in here :fingers-crossed:

LOL, ive never updated this way before....im scared to, ive heard many times device messed up on rebooting, i have very slow net....
i have a two arrows pointing both ways in notification area, it takes me to a page where it asks to confirm with country input :cyclops:

I think its not any update.its only software update set up.that every new device ask for.

The update came via OTA. My girlfriend and I both have 3113's and we both got it via OTA.
