How change first screen logo ? I have WM 6.5.
1 Orange WM logo
2 Animate Screen
3 Splash screen
I only find solution to change second and third screen. Please help me.

hmmmm for some reason I remember doing it on my kiaser but I killed it and now have a new one so I believe it is possible....

i believe it can be changed by tweaking the registry.
paste ur welcomehead png on the windows folder, and then go to registry, change these:
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Splash Screen :
CarriereBitmap - \windows\<your image.png>
MSBitmap - \windows\<your image.png >

in addition to laser21 Thread . I Made a Red and Blue theme as requested..
Copy the files inside the Zip file to your phones \windows folder..
BE AWARE; this will replace the original skin
Feel free to use them in your Themes...

just Copy the files to your windows folder on the phone, but be Aware it overwrites the green skin
The red one is really nice, but too bad it doesnt change all the green colors. Would you be able to fix that too? (would be registry settings i guess...?)

How do you update the files in the windows folder, tried with file explorer but access was denied, probably because they are being used and could not see the window folder via active sync?

i want to change the Titanium Font.
I have changed the Titanium....cpr Files with TotalCommander and dropped my favourite Font into \Windows\Fonts but nothing happens after a Titanium restart.

Are you sure you used the font name and not what the font is named? Click on the .ttf to find font name.

What Rom are you using? I'm currently on Dutty's R6. Comes with 3 animated wallpapers.
No problem using them...just wish they weren't so colorful...

The ROMs I cook don't have anything under [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Security\Shell\StartMenu]. I use 6.5.x SYS, assuming that key gets added (or not) by the SYS.
