HTC Weather Update

Hello everybody:
When you click to update the weather HTC's Home, what program runs? What can I do to run my own script?

It contacts an Internet website. Don't know the name of it.
It downloads a file wich is compatible with HTC Home.
Running your own Weather Script.. Well i think you need to build your own Weather App.

The name of the site is "www.accuweather.com" but..., what is the program?
That is the question.

Really what I want is to find out the script that is used for upgrading from www.accuweather.com, and replace it that by my own script, made in MortScript, which updates from www.aemet.es.
Any idea?

How to install a theme?
Intall TF3D Config
1. Create a file named "theme" on your internal storage. Put the file xxxxxx.theme inside
2. Open TF3D config and go to the tab "Appearance"
3. Press "path" on the top of the screen.
4. Choose the folder where you have put the .theme file.
5. Choose your theme in the section just below the button "PATH"
6. Press APLY and OK.
7. let the PPC works and press OK when it's finished.
Soft reset.
I'll not answer to any more questions about the installation. Follow the instruction on the thread of the TF3D Config

you can install Hotspot Shield Launch first, and then you can download from 4share

Awesome Work!
All of your themes are brilliant, but I like this one the best! One problem though, on my vzw touch pro, the theme installs fine and all looks perfect EXCEPT landscape. I don't get any of the icons on the right, just a blank spot. I've tried several different wallpapers with the same results.
Any ideas how I can correct this??

Sorry but the theme is for DIamond and doesn't worh in landscape mode on touch pro
If you know how to use manila editor, maybe try to make it...

I'd have no idea where to start with the editor...anyway, I rarely use lscape so I'll probably keep it anyway.

Where can I download TouchFLO?

I just downloaded the wrong ROM and it doesnt have TouchFLO 3D.
Is there a cab for it? Or will I have to download the whole ROM again (But the right version).

"Download Link" is dead, giving a "Error 404 - Not found"

Installing TF3D to a rom where is hasnt been cooked into greatly increases the time it take your device to boot up and also the time it takes to open the windows directory on your device, just thought id let u know lol

HTC touch pro 2 customisation

I looked on the internet how I could change the lay-out of my touch flo 3D interface but I only found manila.
when I installed Manila customizer it needed a newer .net- thing.
I'm not confident with pocket pc-programming but how can I instal a working manila customizer?
does someone have other programs for a nicer lay-out?

Was it CF.net 3.5? That is the compact flash program from Microsoft. Do a search and you will find a download link. Many WM programs are made to work only with this program. It is free.

i actually have the same problem and i dowloaded the '.net' thing but i can only install it on my laptop, not on the phone. help!

You got the desktop version of .net, you need the mobile version...just use the attached cab

1. Point your mouse over the word maxmanila.
2. Double click it to highlight.
3. Right click and select copy.
4. Up at the top of this page you'll see a drop down labeled "Search"; click it.
5. In that drop down right click and select paste.
6. Hit enter.

nope, does'nt work xD
this message tells me that: "Sorry - no matches. Please try some different terms."
but nevertheless, I downloaded manila customizer 0.95 and I can run it. but I can not save anything :s

Just swipe your finger from the top right corner down, the options should appear or read the instructions in the original thread

I'm not clear on what you want to customise specifically, nor which ROM you're rocking?

Set StartMenu default GridScene

Hi chefs,
I like to ask if how do you setup a default start menu grid scene file in registry?
Back at X1 thread, there was a chef who managed to do that, but unfortunately, I don't remember what ROM and chef was that..
Can you guys help me? Am not trying to be chef but I'm doing some application again for start menu.

The ROMs I cook don't have anything under [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Security\Shell\StartMenu]. I use 6.5.x SYS, assuming that key gets added (or not) by the SYS.
