What radio are you using and did you run CLRCAD.exe?
Radio versions are responsible for almost every problem running android on HD2. You should really upgrade to version 2.12 and compare. Also try upgrading your winmo rom to one of the other winmo rom's on the this site, since they tweak and change minor things which may have an impact. I use ChuckyROM, which is nice because it has a cool loader for launching android with the click of a button.
What are some reliable radios yall recommend to use and I have a cooked winmo Rom already but I can do everything on the Android but make a call I can receive text emails and surf but can't make calls :/
Like the above poster already suggested, use 2.12. This is the newest radio. It works great for me.
I am using radio 2.15.50.14 and cannot get android to run
I run HARET and it shows a couple of lines of code, then within 3 or 4 seconds of running it, I get lots of static horizontal white lines and the device basically bricks and I have to remove the battery.
Any ideas?

I had this same problem when I first started reading about droid on HD2.
Make sure you flash your phone with HSPL and make sure you format your memory card as FAT32.
problem calling, american suffix added
hi,
i have recently upgraded my hd2 with the latest winmo (oct 2010) and install Android 2.2 with sense. that works fine, but i have sometimes a problem when i'm trying to make call, the phone add automatically the usa suffix to my number :s

hi,
i have succesfully boot android to my hd2, but when i turn my phone off and turn it on it starts with my standard rom (winmo 6.5)
can somebody help me?
thanks!
Maybe you didn't you understand that its the way it should be ?
You have installed a SD build, which means your WM 6.5 ROM has not been touched in any way, and everytime you reboot then your phone will boot in WM first.
By the way, this is a great advantage of SD builds, because if anything goes wrong in Android, you can quickly go back to WM.
Fortunately, you can automate the work to restart Android at each boot by installing an app like EBL (Exceller boot loader). Search here on xda, or google it for more information.
Ok thanks for the reaction,
I have one problem. When i turn on the music on my phone, it's going faster than normal. I have read some things, but it stil there.
My radio version is now: 2.10.50.26

@castro2020
More details please (NAND or SD, kernel, radio version…). Some apps like Viber or Shazam can cause this issue after using them.
Hi,
Yesterday I installed Android (NAND) in HD2.
Works great, very fast. Internet has never been faster.
One big issue that I'm running in to is my Bluetooth.
When I try to search for devices it is doing nothing.
I can not change my phonename.
This is what I'm using (gingerbread):
Model: HTC HD2
Android version: 2.3.1
Smallband version: 15.42.50.11U_2.15.50.14
Kernel version: 2.6.32.15.S9.3OC-g4f238af mdj mdj#11
Thanks,
Same problem here.
and i am the same proble
any can help?
You guys may want to try installing a new kernel, look in HD2 NAND forum, there's a few different kernels in there. To install them, you just flash the .zip file from CWM Recovery just like you flashed your ROM.
Do a CWM nandroid backup first though, just to be safe.
Bluetooth Problem on CM ROM
Hi guys,
The same issue occurs on my HD2 too. I've been using an old version of CM Roms, now i wanted to switch to a new rom, but bluetooth doesnt work. It's very critical for me becoz i am pairing it with my car and my bluetooth headset, which i use daily!...
Please help the noobieeeesss!!!! ))
Hi.. I'm facing some real issue here..
7 mths back i moved to NAND ROM from SD.. all went well and I hv flashed numerous times almost all ROM type (Sense, MIUI, CM7, Stock Nexus) and they are working well almost flawlessly.
Problem started this week when I was on NDT CM7 Lang's ROM when suddenly the Dialer/phones process appearing. After rebooting it's fine after one or two phone calls then it crashed. After that ALL SOUND GONE.
I did Task29, re flashed the same ROM (was good for me for a week!) and FC phone came back. Switched back to JW MIUI and same problem again.
My normal flashing sequence is -- Panasonic Quick Format my Class4 4GB SD, Task29, do full wipe/ Dalvik, Partition and Install ROM. I have 3 SDs, followed similar sequence and still having FC issues + NO SOUND.
Thinking of latest KERNEL causing it, I clean flashed older Froyo Sense ROM and similar FC+Sound problem.
What suprise me, no problem with phone calls + Sound when I ran MAGDLR SD ROMs (DS & MIUI)...??
I'm stuck and searching the whole threads but no clue yet. Frustrated, I revert to Custom WM6.5 (to be sure no hardware related), now eith HD20 WM6.5.5 ROM and NO problem At ALL!! However, on ANDROID SD, the SOUND is totally OFF.. settings are fine but no vail. It reverse repeats from the earlier issue i had.
SO guys, please help me out... I'm 100% ANDROID fan, last 1 day with WM6.5 makes me feel odd and backward as I missed many valuable apps..
thanks..
Look up the sticky in NAND forum for libaudio.so issues.

Thanks and I didnt realize it.
Just read thru the whole posts and too bad, no solution yet.
I keep myself posted...
Hello, I'm using Typhoon Cyanogen-mod 7 Nightly v3.6.9 - 2.3.7 tytung r12.4 MAG ROM on my HTC HD2, and since Typhoon Cyanogen-mod 7 Nightly v3.6.5 ROM, I have a problem with incoming and outgoing calls. The problem is that the WiFi turns on automatically on calls and i don't know if it's a issue or I must do something in settings. Can anyone help me?
Im using this build now and im not facing any aforementioned problem. Maybe you should try flashing the build again and if the glitch still exists, you should go to the the build's forum and ask for a solution.
Hi mates, after reading a lot about the well-known viber issues on HD2 running android ( being unable to receive calls, hangs that require restarts..etc , replacing the lib_audio file... etc )
I wonder if there is a new update to this issue?
Anyone managed to have a NAND ROM with a fully working viber ? preferrable ICS/JB ROMs ?
Cheers........
look at this
