Every build I've installed that uses .32 kernel (OC or not) is causing massive issues with any flash-based app, including Netflix. This includes my test loads which are always new/fresh installs on verygreen's SD card install. Doesn't matter which version of Flash I've had installed (10.1, 10.2, 10.3)...
Anything with the .29 kernel still runs fine. If you run across a fix please post, because that's the only reason I'm still running on the stable build.

About new CWM GladiAtrix

As some of you may know, Flash Player 10.3 is released and when you try to install it on the new build of GladiAtrix, it will say insufficient space or whatever. I'm assuming this has to do with the Hulu hack? Well just thought I'd warn you guys
i didn't get that problem, make sure that all your cache is wiped in the cwm menu, sometimes adding a rom will do that, sometimes a simple reset fixes it. - hopefully that helps.
I personally tried it and it worked fine, but i had an issue with my speeds for about 5 minutes. It would acts extremely sluggish and then would cut out. After it acted all fine, if any of u guys get that problem, let it pass and you should be fine.
I had the flash player issue. Installed gladiatrix and flash would not work. Then I was not able to uninstall flash without manually doing it which I really dont know how to do. I had to find the old 10.2 leaked apk and then updated it to get it working again.
Clearing my cache didn't do anything :/
I made a new modded libflashplayer.so for 10.3. It's working fine for me. Remember to change the permissions.
I was having the same error. I just uninstalled 10.2 and installed 10.3. Hulu still works.

SOLVED: Having issues with several apps

A couple of weeks ago I started having issues with a couple of apps (Zenonia 4, Baseballsuperstars 2012, perfectviewer), everytime I reboot I get force close on all those apps, I have to unnistall and restore from Titanium and the work again. I have tried fixing permissions from recovery to no avail.
Has anyone have had a similar problem? Right now I'm running Mirage's CM7 RC 7.2 Kang build (not the latest one). Once my NC is fully charged today I'll be upgrading to latest build to see if I still have the problem. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this, that doesn't include doing a clean install?
I'll probably gonna end up doing a clean install, but I'm going to wait a bit to see if anyone has a faster solution to my problem.
Thanks in advance.
Edit: I opted for doing a clean install. After reloading 117 apps with titanium, installing supercharger, changing nook tweaks (bla bla bla etc etc) couple of hours later everything seems to be fine now
*Mod you can delete this post if you want.

Nah, leave it up. You never know what can help somebody. Something got broke and you found a way to fix it. Maybe someone else will post a better way, or simply slap their forehead and try a clean install.

[Q] Sudden reboot and lost app data?

I was running cm-10.1-20130222-NIGHTLY and Faux's new 7b6 beta kernel. I had just overclocked to 1.8ghz and had run some benchmarks when I decided to get Geekbench and try that too. It installed fine and I clicked to open the app when the entire system froze and it rebooted. I then got stuck on the boot screen so I though i must have over clocked it to hard so I wiped cache, reflashed cm-10.1-20130222-NIGHTLY and the stable faux v6 kernel.
Once I got in, the wallpaper had reset, when I tried to open any paid app it insisted that "App not installed"( when I could see the package in the /apps-asec folder), i couldn't re install the missing paid apps (error -24) and some free apps had its data wiped. I though it might be permissions so I rebooted to recovery(which was unusually laggy) and fixed permissions, which didn't help.
This is the strangest occurrence I have ever had on my Nexus 4. The system seems to work fine, besides the above problems and a simple wipe and flash should fix those problem. I understand the freeze was probably caused an unstable overclock but why did I loose my data and Android cant find my paid apps? I just fear i might have damaged the flash storage somehow and am mad I lost some semi-important data. Does anyone else know what just happened?
AW: [Q] Sudden reboot and lost app data?
This has also happened to me a minute ago. Using Rootbox 3.7.1 as ROM and Fauxkernel 7b6. A lot of data is suddenly gone, when flashing gapps I can't use my phone at all anymore because the setup keeps crashing and yeah. I tried wiping cache etc but without success. Gonna do a factory reset now..

[Q] Rom Manager - Fix Permissions problem

Has anyone else encountered problems running Fix Permissions from Rom Manager lately?
After Steven's warning here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=49990427&postcount=62, I did a clean install and did not replace Browser or Gallery, all went well for a while, but then I began getting Trebuchet FC errors, rebooted to recovery to run Fix Permissions, but it is not avalible in the 6.0.4.7 CWM recovery, so I tried it through Rom Manager - noticed that it now has "toasts" rather than the old console type display, set it aside and let it run. Came back to my homescreen rather than the "reboot now" message that I was expecting. Re-booted and noticed a few user apps were missing, also got a few "android.process.media has stopped" errors as well as Trebuchet FC's. Convinced that I had a bad install, I formatted system, data and cache and flashed the latest nightly - 2/19 - oops, see http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=50470383&postcount=119 - getting stuck on the bootloader convinced me that I had something wrong with the EMMC, so I followed Leapinlar's (thanks again) Partition Repair guide at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=28457126#post28457126 - of course, the same thing happened again because of the bad nightly. Finally re-flashed the 2/15 nightly and got everything working again, ran fix permissions just to make sure. Actually sat and watched about a half dozen "toasts" and then my display went black, with occaisional SU "toasts" popping up until my homescreen came back on after about 10 minutes - not back to Rom Manager, no reboot warning, just sitting at my homescreen. I let it sit for another 10-15 minutes and rebooted, after starting, a few user apps missing, "android.process.media has stopped" errors as well as Trebuchet FC's. I started a Logcat and ran Fix Permissions again, same thing. Logcat is at https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/20993724/lc022014.txt if anyone is interested, I am going to report to ClockworkMod.
After re-formatting system, data and cache, 2/20 nightly installed fine, all has been well for the last few days, but have not run fix permissions.
I believe koush and cm decided that fix permissions is not needed anymore.

[Q] Installing any app makes the phone to reboot

Hey guys.
Phone is CyanogenMod 11 (Android 4.4) and Paranoid Android (Android 4.4)
What happened:
Phone crashed (screen became full of colors and phone restarted). After reboot everything on the phone was gone - GApps, all my apps, save a few of like a 100. Basically a fresh CM install without GApps.
What I did was flash GApps (correct package). Everything worked fine until I've tried to install an app. Phone immediately rebooted.
I've tried wiping everything, doing factory resets, installing older CM builds, now I've even installed Paranoid Android ROM. Still the same problem persist:
If I try to install any app from Play Store or just from an apk with I file manager - phone immediately reboots. The only way I can now use it is by disabling Play Store so it doesn't start to update something
Has anyone ever encountered this?
Is this the right forum to ask?

Maybe you just need to flash gapps right after the rom. I flashed cm without gapps once and when i booted back into recovery to flash gapps my phone crashed.
Doing them one after the other is the way to go.

Thanks for suggestion, I've tried that several times, didn't help...
I had the opposite after a crash on a nexus 4 over a year ago.. phone would reboot unistalling any app wether by play store or settings/apps.
after trying everything for most of a day, the only thing that fixed it was formatting the data partition.. not wiping, there's a format data option in twrp
