Anyone having an issue sending pics using gmail or the other email client?
Everytime I try to upload a pic using gmail or yahoo -- the pic just get stuck in the inbox and it never sends.
However, if I upload to facebook or yelp directly ----- I upload the pic in seconds... what gives?
I have also experienced this, I went and cleared the user data and cache for the gmail app and it hasn't happened since.

Hi,
Not sure if this is specific to the Hero or not, but I've started using the gmail app recently and there's a problem where it doesn't seem to be showing the full email and it appears truncated.
It doesn't happen to all messages, it just seems to be from successive emails from the same sender.
Has anyone experienced this?
Yes, it is Gmail (non-Hero) feature and you cannot turn it off. You should see the same clipping if you open the mail using a browser.
Odd! How am I supposed to see the email then?
Can anyone help? Nothing from my Gmail will send over WiFi or 3G... Just hangs at sending...
I'm having the same problem So I just check and send mail through my browser. I replaced the gmail app on my homescreen with a gmail bookmark. Hopefully someone has a better idea than mine.
I am having a issue uploading the pictures to Picasa. everytime i try it is telling me that " phone is not be able to retrive account details" but everything else like gmail mail and contacts are working fine. I have the same username for my gmail and picasaweb as well
Any advice will help
I'm having a strange problem with the stock email app (not the gmail one). I've set it up to download mail using pop (set to leave messages on the server) from a gmail account which it does but as soon as I read one of the messages or refresh the inbox then all the e-mails in the inbox vanish. They don't seem to exist anywhere on the device.
I've tried numerous times deleting the account, clearing the data and recreating it but the problem still exists. I'm not using the Samsung hub.
Is anyone else experiencing this?
Hi,
Currently using CM10.1.3 Stable (issue noticed on RC2 too) and I've found that if I delete an email in the gmail app it seems to have been done but if I log into the web gmail then it's still there, going back into the gmail app if I refresh the inbox list it still suggests it has gone, so there is some kind of sync problem?
Has anyone else experienced this?
Thanks
Russell
It seems clearing data and cache has cured the problem
