Well, I did it. Ported my number to T-Mobile. Poorer signal in some places, but I get consistent 4Mbps at my desk at work.
So.... I'm going to pretty much retire from maintaining this OP.
If someone wants to start a new thread with a similar format, go for it. If not I'm willing to come in here and try to do a quick update once in a while. It's not like things are moving as fast as they used to anyway, and the appspot changelog is great for displaying what is going on.

With HDMI out there are some cool possibilites for the Evo. One of the best examples is in a thread started by Lokifish Mars: Use your Evo as a Desktop PC
There are tons of great theme engine themes. Many on the market and some only available on XDA. But since I'm a self serving biased jerk who unfairly looks out for his friends, I've got to mention the Sculpted theme from Shift. I loved Sculpted on CM6, but the version he created for CM7 is incredible, and all you have to do is grab it from the market, and then choose it in Theme Chooser.
Everyone's favorite something-goat-something-Shift-hater Karadorde dropped a little ray of nightly flashing sunshine in our lives. It's a recovery flashable script similar to Calkin's flash all that just flashes cache and dalvik for those times you've gotta have your nightly fix, but don't feel like setting everything up again. Check out his thread for instructions, and download the script there or here: nightly wipe zip
rstuckmaier has basically been doing my job for me recently, and created a thread just for CM7 fixes, tweaks, and work-arounds.
WiMax support is built into CyanogenMod 7. HDMI mirroring is supported in the kernel, but you will need an app to turn on mirroring. You can grab HDMwIn from the market. After trying it out, please support further TeamWIN projects by buying the donate version.

Please bear in mind this is a nightly build, meant to be a testing ground for developers, and there may even be times the new nightly won't work at all. This is a common way of working in open source software. Most of the problems you are encountering the developers are already aware of. With that said, most of the nightly builds has been very solid and stable for many people here, and several of us that are used to development software are using it as a daily driver. Just realize that is not the intention of nightly builds.
CM6 features not available & Bugs
Camera does not have touch to focus and some other features from CM6
Bluetooth Mouse cursor - BT mouse will connect, but acts more like a trackball. See the Use your Evo as a Desktop PC thread for a patch.
No 720p video recording
GPS often will not lock. Cyanogen said he is working on a fix for a point release. Basically the non-open source HTC drivers were used in CM6, but for CM7 they are using the open source reference drivers from the chip manufacturer. Something is strange or maybe even buggy about the Evo hardware. The good news is there is a workaround that has worked for most people.
Note - this is pasted from rstuckmaier's excellent tips thread
Make a Nandroid of your current CM7 setup.
Boot into recovery and perform a full wipe (or use Calkulin Format ALL zip)
Flash any Sense ROM
Open the Market and download MSL Reader, write down MSL.
Open Dialer/Phone and type ##4772579# (##GPSCLRX#)
When it asks you for a password type in your MSL
Reboot phone
BE OUTSIDE
Turn on GPS and open Maps, allow it to fully lock your location (may take a few minutes, do not just wait for initial lock).
Leave GPS on
Turn off phone, reboot into recovery.
Nandroid restore your CM7 backup
Installation Info
You must be fully rooted (including NAND rooted)

After flashing the main part of CM, you will probably want to flash the Google Apps Add-On, which adds the Market and allows you to download things like GMail, Goggles, Voice Search, and Maps. Gapps is available here: http://goo-inside.me/google-apps/
There are now only two versions of GApps, one for Tegra CPUs and one for non. For the Evo you want the standard version without Tegra support
GApps changed for CM7 and only has the basics for market access. When you first log in you will be given a screen of checkboxes to download the apps you want. You can also add them manually later from the market.
DrMacinyasha's goo-inside.me is the official source for GApps, and also mirrors most of the other content:

Just a heads up, I've been keeping my own mirror of all of the CM stuff for EVO. Useful for those who want the gapps updates but don't have an account on the CM forums, etc., and also has all of the Snap kernel files mirrored:

What features are included
Full AOSP
Running 2.6.37 Linux kernel
Android OS 2.3.3 (Gingerbread)
More standard Bluetooth stack. HTC uses a funky proprietary bluetooth implementation. Cyanogen has replaced this with a more common one, so the phone now supports HID (Mice & Keyboards) and the Wiimote app in the store.
Tons of Cyanogen Mod tweaks and tools, including but not limited to:
Updated music app with extra options and lockscreen controls
kernel speed tweaks
Notification Drop down power control
CyanogenMod Settings integrated into settings menu
DSP settings
T-Mobile theme engine
Torch flashlight uses camera flash, includes widget
Additional settings and tweaks for Contacts, Dialer, and MMS (maybe more)
FAQQ. When the new nightly comes out can I just download and flash over the top of the install?
A. Because these are development nightlies they are not guaranteed to work in this way. In many cases this may work fine, but even if it does it may not implement a new feature or fix. For example the MMS fix would not show up unless you wiped, or deleted a specific directory. However, this usually works ok.
Q. What has changed in the newest nightly build?
A. For me the easiest thing has been to follow the CM Source twitter feed. Pretty much any change that doesn't mention another device specifically will show up on the nightly.
Look here for Cyanogen's changes: http://github.com/cyanogen
and here for CyanogenMod in general: http://github.com/CyanogenMod
Q. Flash isn't working
A. Go to the market, search for "Flash Player" and install.
Q. I don't have a Market icon or any other google apps
A. You didn't flash gapps or flashed the wrong one
Q. Rom Manager won't let me download the nightly
A. Purchase the premium version from the Market
Q. Why is the launcher slow?
A. It isn't really, but the defaults used on ADW make it feel sluggish. Try some of the settings from this post by midri
Q. How can I update PRL?
A. There currently is not a way to do it in Cyanogen Mod. You will need to restore a nandroid backup of a Sense ROM (you did make one, right?), update the PRL, then Nandroid back to CM6.
Q. What times are the nightly builds? And what time in my timezone?
A. To my understanding, the bot begins building at Midnight UTC which is 8:00pm EST. They finish around 30 mins later. You can always check this link and verify that the mod date is the next day (for us in the U.S.) In otherwords, It's currently 10:50pm EST on 7/10 and the mod date on the zip file is 2010-Jul-11 00:35:56 so I know it has been built:
http://mirror.kanged.net/cm/nightly/supersonic/
Q. Rom Manager says there are no updates
A. Since these are nightly builds and not releases, the filename stays the same and Rom Manager knows you have a rom named that already. If you want to assure you have the latest, clear your download cache and re-download.
Q. Can I install the Sense dialer/music player/widgets/etc. ?
A. By default no. Sense widgets only work with the Rosie launcher. Most of the other stuff it tightly bound to the framework, which is why many of the AOSP applications can not be easily installed on a Sense ROM.
Q. Is there any way to run the stock android 2.3 launcher instead of ADW?
A. Search the market for "gingerbread launcher." There are several available for free.
Q. My notification toggles keep disappearing! Where did they go?
A. Often changing themes will cause this. Just grab the Notification Restart app in the market. It basically just kills the notification bar so it resets.
Please feel free to add any that I missed, but hopefully we don't get repeats of the same answered questions or known bugs. I hope this makes things easier for everyone to know what's going on.
Thanks again for your hard work, Cyanogen, Toast, #teamwin, and all of the CyanogenMod Team!
Thanks for the thread!

I'm getting a green bar (graphical glitch) at the top during video playback.
Getting it on videos using the YouTube app, and also on some MP4 movies on my sdcard. Happens no matter what video player I use.
Oddly enough, videos that I had recorded with the Evo camera do not have this.
Is it just me? or anyone else having this issue also?
As far as the Facebook, I cannot add my facebook account. The first time it asked for info and appeared to work, but if I go back into Accounts it's not there and I can't seem to add it.
I downloaded Swype beta from the site and it's working fine for me.

Yup, same here, 003 with nova and seeing the green bar. But, mine switched between purple and green at first, then switching to just green. But weirdly,I've only seen the bar watching hq videos on youtube. Regular movies don't have that....odd.
Would it not be better to use a bug tracking software, even a free one to keep the info sorted?
also have green bar, hw3, novatek panel. don't have it in videos i've recorded. it may just be a function of the youtube app, nothing to do with cm
Another bug.
When you go to cm settings > input settings> haptic feedback tweaks > change any of the patterns ...cm settings force closes

When the new nightly comes out can I just download and flash over the top of the install so I dont have to start from scratch tomorrow?
heres a question:
is there anyway to get the htc dialer app back on this rom, or is that part of sense, if so can you please link up a apk?
so does this mean that there will be a new build every night from now on or what.
Fring works on WiFi with no problems but FC's when on 3g.
Turn Exposure to +1 on front camera to make it not so dark.

if i understand it correctly, it will be recompiled every night. however, if no code changes were made during the day, before compile, then the nightly won't be any different than the one before.
Also Exchange support in Froyo does not work reliably. This is not a bug in the mod, but in Froyo itself.

Bingo. Changes may be EVO specific or may be generic to all devices. This is why nightlies are not reliable, they are simply a snapshot of the code at the moment. I read a comment that sounded like one of the changes made for the EVO broke the Droid build. Don't think of these as general use builds like we see from DC, Avalaunch, etc. When there is an RC or final, cyanogen typically will post that here.

Here is a list of most of the known GPS fixes.
At this point no one should be suffering from lack of knowledge or or methods offered. One or a combination of these will work.
Please remember, the GPS on the Galaxy phone is GPS assist NOT pure GPS, so if it does not perform like your TOM-Tom or Garmin.......so what ...it was not designed to be as good as a dedicated device. That said here are the links, etc that will help you get the best performance out of your phone:

I think this and the hardware gps fix should be put in the sticky threads
The digitaltoddy fix (Fixes me EVERY TIME):
You'll need to get into LBSTestMode by entering *#3214789650# from the dialer. Press Delete GPS Data, this will get rid of the bad GPS information that is probably still stored in your phone. Go to Application Settings and set the Start Mode to 'Cold Start'. Reboot your phone and go outside, run an app like GPS Test and let it lock onto as many birds as it can, once you get a good number (at least 5), go back into your LBSTestMode --> Application Settings and set the Start Mode back to 'Hot Start', reboot and all should be merry.
I had major issues w/ my GPS and was able to put this together with the help of various posts and a deeper understanding of how GPS on these phones actually works. Hope this helps!
Also, it's probably best to run the GPS Test application while you are driving around, let it lock onto as many birds as it can (I'd say let it run for a few minutes, I was able to get 9 the first time) before setting it back to 'Hot Start'. This way it will keep these birds in the list and allow you for a faster lock afterwards.

The Elite Blade_Rom 2.3.5 seems to be an excellent version of the official 2.3.5.
According to the XDA rules, user discussions should be here under Blade General and not under Blade Android Development.
Thus, any user comments, please!
My experience is good. I re-partitioned ROM before installling, giving plenty of memory for apps.
ZTE Dialer and LauncherPro are included. The only thing I miss on Elite Blade is a circle battery mod. I got one from Huexxx that works fine. I don't know if that file is posted anywhere, but I can send copies of my file on request.
It's a Wifi fix for the Zte blades (Wifi) Chipset problem. It will refresh the connection
after a sleep wakeup.
Perfect
Hi elitemovil,
thanks for the new kernel.
Works great, stable and smooth. I installed the two patches, store all 3 files on the SD card before doing the ROM flash. Bat drain very low on 2G but high in 3G.
Great ROM!!
Stuck @ green droid
I'm getting stuck at the green droid after trying to install EvilRom 2.3.5. I can't get past it, even if I try to flash the rom I knew that was working before.
1. Started from CM7.1
2. Installed the rom + kernel + fix (recovery)
3. Got stuck on the green droid
4. Installed CM7.1 rom again (recovery)
5. Still got stuck on the green droid.
6. Read the fine prints on the rom page
7. Partitioned SD to the instructions (recovery)
8. Transfered roms to new SD partion
9. Flashed rom + fix + kernel (recovery)
10. Still stuck at the green droid.
I saw people in the proper thread had the same issues, but what I really want to know is how to get past it.
I did the TPT upgrade recommended in the EliteRom thread. Worked like a charm to get my angry hulk droid away from my phone.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=19211900&postcount=27
So far so good. I clearly notice how smooth EliteRom already when I'm selecting language in the start. If the developer read this, you should put the TPT upgrade in the installation procedure/text so everyone does it.
I also had to TPT Gen2 v9.
I have 2 problems with this rom.
1 - Lots of apps dont allow to move to sd (in CM7 it was possible), like "Whats App, Circle Launcher, Handcent, iGO8", etc
2 - When writing SMS, it goes very slow in the input. In the beguining of the text it goes fast, but after about 100 chars, it gets really slow. Not only with default app but also with handcent. One time i read it was because of char count... Maybe is swiftkey keyboard...
Move apps to SD SOLVED with:
ADB - ./adb shell pm setInstallLocation 2
data off after sleep
Hi everybody!
I have used Blade for a year. I used JJ, then Swedish Spring, then GSF. I don't like CM 7.1 because I absolutely want the ZTE Dialer, where Contacts has an extra tab for my groups.
Thus Elite Blade is an excellent choice.
Presently I have 2 Blades (one is extra spare).
On my regular Blade I use Elite Blade 1.1 and on my extra Blade I have installed Moldovan Mile-High-Mountain-Pie RLS6 as a reference. Every night I try to make statistics of battery consumption. My goal is to find a ROM and configuration with minimal battery drain. Every second night I switch batteries, so that the old battery and the new battery should not affect result. Sometimes I wipe battery stats from Recovery.
On both phones I try to make identical setup:
Partitioned ROM to 160 mb, 2g only, all data on, wifi on, widget news&weather sync every 6h, Facebook sync every 4h, JuiceDefender, LauncherPro, Gmail, Google+, Lookout, Titanium Backup.
On both phones I have noted nightly battery drops between 10 and 20% so I can't make any conclusions so far. Perhaps I should measure over longer time span, or use apps such as BetterBatteryStats.
But one thing is strange:
Both in the Elite Blade, and on the Moldovan Mile-High-Mountain-Pie Blade, sometimes mobile data is OFF (deactivated) after the nightly sleep, despite that I alway set it to ON.
I verify this by using the advanced power widget. When I pull it down from the main screen, sometimes the mobile data button is OFF (grey), resulting that the Data box in settings is unchecked. I don't think I touched (deactiveted) it by mistake. I touch the button again so that it is green. I expect mobile and background data to be always ON when I wake up the phone. Does anybody know what can cause this? Some strange app or some setting?
I now remove all un-needed junk that uses data, such as Facebook and widgets, then continue testing.
Edit 12.11:
I removed news and weather widget, facebook, Juice Defender, Lookout, Google+ on both test phones. During this nightly test, both phones used 10-11% battery durung 10 hours, with all data and wifi on. Data was not disabled. Thus my trouble may have been caused by e.g. JuiceDefender

Don't know. Probably no difference since they are based on same code. You should overclock to about 700 mhz for games.
I've just installed the S2 version with the updated kernel from 17/11/2011 ... and everything seems to working fine.
I've just reinstalled all my apps and settings with TB and all went well.
Very fast and smooth rom.
I'll looking forward to see if battery drain is ok ... It's obvious I can't tell now (just installed).
I have very bad connection with about all roms on my work , so will try this rom.
If it'(s the same , I'll keep it for sure ,and will look for an other carrier.
Thanks you elitemovil for this rom.
Hi 2 all!
I use the s1.1 rom on my ZTE Libra.
I would like to thank Elitemovil for this GREAT ROM! This is the best rom I've ever had! It's a leader in battery life - i can use my Libra without recharge for about 2-3 days! Earlier i tried CM7(1 day) and GSF(1,5 day).
Only one a little question i have:
can i change the buttons in power-widget on status line? I don't need the wi-fi, bt, gps buttons. I need 3G-2G, Sync, Sound buttons instead of them.
Kuoi, I'm eagerly awaiting your feedback of the S2.
Two questions:
a) How does the battery life, speed and memory consumption of this ROM compare to the previous (Froyo stock) ROMs?
b) Are there a any bugs/problems/todo/open issues for this ROM?
I would like your opinion before I flash this ROM.
Please and thank you in advance.

XDA member*mikel.canovas*created a thread with a method that he found while browsing our fora that will consistently allow the GPS in the Captivate (we know all this crappy phone with huge gps problem) to get a lock on within 5 seconds, even being indoors! This fix also working with galaxy note.
First off - All credit goes to h3llstorm, as this is his genius fix and I'm just making a thread about it since most people don't even know about it.*
This is for*- anyone whose GPS has long lock times, and is inaccurate in navigation.*This*SHOULD*work with all 2.3+ roms. I stress should because I have used this a while back with GB roms and am using it now on CM9 (ICS).
What it does*- replaces /system/etc/gps.conf with h3llstorm's modified version that has much more servers and various tweaks.Results*- I'm able to consistently get locks within 5 sec and ~10m with multiple sats. Even indoors, results are similar. Many (including non captivate users) have reoved results as well.
On my CheckRom I got no locktime at all. ( indoor!!!). Its instantly navigate!
Original thread is here
How to use it:
Backup your old gps.conf (located in /system/etc) in case you prefer your old configuration. But you can always flash your rom again to get it back as well
Download h3llstorm's gps fix --* http://goo.gl/Ti0pp SD CardReboot into CWM and flashReboot and enjoy.
GPSNOTE*- first lock can take much longer that normal. Don't be surprised if it takes over 1 min. Results should improve from there. Should get ~ 3 sec locks, with multiple satellites.
thanks for posting it here
A thread about a thread. Mmmm just posting the link in general whas enough. One xda rule that is been broken.
I know you want to help. But lately the note dev section is full of non development threads.

Why would you want to fiddle with the Notes GPS settings? it works extremely well as it is. I always have a lock on multiplse sats within a couple of secs and rarely see less then 16sats beeing locked on after 10sec.
I just tested indoor where I got a lock on 17sats in about 3sec.
With the Galaxy S all tricks were welcome but with S2 and specially the Note with GLONASS too I se no point as it already is incredible.
By the way, did you read the posts on original thread? It is not working for every one. And than you post it here?

its better to edit the config file and add the server address of your local region. ..if you don't want to edit then third party applications are available in market. ..no need to replace the file
For lazy people it is a good solution
Thanks for sharing.
I can see that the NTP_SERVER is ''us.pool.ntp.org''.
So, maybe is better for Europe users to change it to ''europe.pool.ntp.org'' (or any specific country, for example ''gr.pool.ntp.org'' for my country) before flash it?
I really really don't consider it's meaningful
Note can obtain and lock so many sats signal within few seconds. I don't think it's meaningful to do any mod.

No wrong because we all use american sattelites. We all depend on us sattelites.
So wrong info, europe do not have own sattelites for navigate.

So what for there are different servers?
In any rom you can see different servers in gps config, for example rocket rom always using de.pool.ntp.org.
Faster Fix doing the same too.
Hmm another one getting credited for being "a genius " for using something thats been around for a long time (read years)...
They Must work for crappl

We use navstar and that is been set free by ronald regean vs president to use for navigation all over. In europe we use galileo but not for ower diveses.
Did you ever heard about poland lanching a sattelite, we all use the same sattelites. Three for 3d persion. Does not matter where you are ore what it say in gps.conf.
I think there is a misunderstanding here.
"Physical" satellite are american, and the same for all, obviously.
The servers you mentionned are NTP servers which allows for time synchronization, and quicker satellite fix time. It is related to A-GPS (stands for Assisted GPS).

[OT] Please spell check before posting. Three is not free [/OT]
NTP servers are time servers. Time has always been essential to navigation, even before the first satellite was ever launched. If all GPS users on the planet connected to the same time server to check time for satellite search, the servers would crash and you would never get a fix.
You CAN connect to any server you want, but the nearer (faster) the better.

So am i right for generally is better to change ntp severs with our place?
Sent from my Samsung Galaxy Note
Yes. It can't hurt, in any case you can revert back if you have any issue (but really, you shouldn't).

You forgot this one:

It started its life in Development, but was later moved to Q&A. And do you remember who the OP was?
You.
Hi Guys 'n' Gals:
If like me you have been struggling with poor GPS on your SGS2, then I may have the answer!
I am running Foxhound SniperWolf - have tried just about all of the "good" radios & have swapped regularly between Abyss / Siyah kernels to no avail.
Where I work (in Hampshire, right on the coast), it would often take up to 5 minutes (sometimes longer!) for Sygic to lock onto satellites. GPS status used to just about give up - it was hopeless & yet my trusty TomTom would lock in about 10 seconds! It really p*ssed me off!
Now with the following combination - FoxHound SniperWolf ROM, Siyah kernel 3.2.8.2, Stock XXLPX modem & Crypted AGPS Patch - I get a lock in 10 to 12 seconds maximum - every time from work! At home, even indoors, I get a lock in about 10 seconds!
To be fair I think a very large portion of my success is down to "crypted" and his fantastic AGPS fix which you can find here
My Samsung Galaxy S2 is now superb for any GPS application!
If this helps anyone - please click the THANKS button below this post.
Cheers
I'm skeptical about "patches", "fixes" and "hacks" which are supposed to improve or fix things.. Imo if the changes are really worth having I'm sure the veteran developers around here would include similar functionality in their roms / kernels as stock or recommend you install them.
That said I have no idea what the Crypted AGPS Patch does. From what I can tell it modifies the gps.conf file
Thus editing config, not adding any new drivers / coding to significantly change how GPS works
It maybe that the major speed increase you are getting is due to the patch setting a new Local GPS server. FasterFix (free from the android market) will allow you to set your GPS server yourself to greatly improve GPS Locking speed.
I've set mine to the UK (uk.pool.ntp.org) and can achieve a GPS lock within 4 seconds
Just tested the speed while writing this. Believe me I have nothing to gain by exaggerating

As the man says his own NTP SERVERS .
his patch has various objectives to ensure stability and efficacy with GPS. Locally, the patch will replace your /system/etc/gps.conf and your /system/etc/suplrootcert if you have this file. You can compare the difference in what you have to this one to get an idea of all the changes. V3.1, onward, contains section descriptions for variables in use. Most notably, starting with v3.1 the aGPS Patch uses my own central NTP DNS pool and my own central xtra.bin server by default. The xtra.bin does have fallback servers should mine fail. But, that is very, VERY much an unlikely scenario. These two imperatives allow for better stability and speed by providing top-rated NTP servers and prime-routed network access to transmit the xtra.bin to your phone.

Maybe, if you had read the thread that I linked to in my post (as jje did) before you replied you would have had a greater understanding of what crypted was doing with his fix; and more so, what FasterFix does / does not do!
Be rash - try it! Believe you me - it works!

Loving how you cut the quote at the point where I read through his thread and changelog and report back what it appears to do
Still, I have an open mind.. I will give it a try (although I remain dubious)

As the dev says in his thread that I linked to, he uses his own NTP SERVERS - he very clearly explains what his AGPS Patch does!
I understood what the AGPS Patch was doing. If you also understood what the AGPS Patch was doing, then why on earth would you say that you have no idea what it does??
Anyway - no matter - it works brilliant for me - end of!
Cheers
Well what I meant was that I don't know what his patch actually did.. Of course it uses different servers (As you say, that's explained in his thread) but what ELSE does it do?
For example, this is different from my current GPS.conf:
QOS_ACCURACY=50
QOS_TIME_OUT_AGPS=95
QOS_TIME_OUT_STANDALONE=80
QosHorizontalThreshold=1000
QosVerticalThreshold=500
Do you know what all these changes do?
Regardless I've done my own testing and checking.
5 tests using FasterFix: (uk.pool.ntp.org)
17 second lock
5 second lock
5 second lock
6 second lock
8 second lock
5 tests using the AGPS Patch:
15 second lock
12 second lock
3 second lock
39 second lock
14 second lock
33 second lock
An extra one as the results differed greatly
Hybrid: (Using the patch with uk.pool.ntp.org)
14 second lock
6 second lock
7 second lock
9 second lock
7 second lock
Some further testing:
Ping this: ntp.derekgordon.com
230-240ms
His server
And Ping this: uk.pool.ntp.org
44ms (Stable)
UK server
Both tests seem to confirm the same.
NOTE: These tests were done in the UK, I believe the sever for the "patch" is located in the USA. Therefore I have no doubt that the patch would provide better results for those in the USA
I keep calling it a patch when all it's really a config (text) file

OMG - far far too techy for me! If you are really that concerned, you really should direct your comments on the devs thread right here - I am sure he'll love to "engage with you"! For me - I am not interested, OK?
It works brilliantly; I don't care or understand what it does, or how it does it - end of!
Similarly, I drink Woodford Reserve bourbon - love it in fact, but I don't give a fig how they make it!

You're completely right, you should use whatever works well for yourself. All I posted was the tests (Really simple, just using GMaps and counting how many "blinks" the GPS icon did before locking )
The "Ping" tests just measured how long it took to "talk" to both servers
I would recommend you try-out FasterFix though, it may reduce your GPS lock speed
You could always just re-patch it if you want to revert
Oh and this has been bothering me for a while so I'll just say it.. I didn't give this thread a one star rating.
Honestly
