Just installed to see what it was like....WOW!...I seem to have been lucky as I have ZEAM as my home screen, yet had read it was "ONLY" an iPhone home screen which kept me anyway. Other than the known "GPS" not working everything I had setup on all the various ROMs I have tried work so far....Just read everything and tweak as suggested....
Just follow the directions (I went back to JDF using Heimdall 1st)

Hi, XDA USERS
I gave you an easy way to root(using joeykrim root method) and booted CyanogenMod for the first time and the first to boot on a Samsung Galaxy S device ( broken until forcyctos came alone and helped speed up development) and ClockworkMod (mapping of key were wrong until koush fixed key mapping in recovery). That how started all that.
I am sorry, I started few drama that I didn't intend to. I am no longer developing for Epic 4G(I still have the device).

Thought it was fake too. Patents and such as Pulser mentioned there will be legality issues with porting this onto a non HTC phone.

I cant talk for others, but for me, i wanted the design of SGS2 plus the hardware with Sense.
Ive had 3 HTC phones and none of them could keep up with the speed, not even with Cyanogenmod on them.
So yeah... The smoothness of SGS2 with Sense UI.

Even with an sgs 2's muscle, sense is just too much fat on the sgs 2 for it to be a track star.

Thanks to all of you awesome developers and members who have helped make my Samsung Epic 4G a wonderful piece of equipment. Unfortunately (well kinda) I upgraded to the WHITE Epic Touch 4G today so I wont be around these parts as much although I still have my Epic and will keep it as a secondary phone if something happens to my SGSII. With my job switching me to the 3rd shift I am rarely online anymore. Nothin but work and sleep lol. And I have yet to post over there. I just watched the video on how to root and got to work. And with the greatness of ACS on my original Epic, that was the first Rom I went for.
But from the comments I've seen they seem like a friendly bunch. LOL

just make sure you have the EPIC 4G with a physical keyboard before you flash anything from here.
Warm is a bit unstable but an awesome ROM.
Yeah we'll be doing Sense 3.6 as well as part of that. I am a part of that team.
AOSP>Sense anyway. Get some 4.1.1 love on that thing.

Lol NO ONE ASKED HIM ANYTHING! People assumed that he's retarded and doesn't know how to read forum titles lol getting at him as if he has an epic touch...why was that the first thought to cross peoples minds lol? I know we've had an influx of people coming to this forum from the e4gt, but that doesn't mean EVERY new guy is stupid lol if people are gonna assume at all it should be to assume he's in the place where he wants to be (are you too stupid to go to the correct forum? ) and if its determined he's in the wrong spot then allow him to bask in his stupidity lol
