Adam users/devs does that look familiar?
Updated set of standard apps
The Android 3.1 platform includes an updated set of standard applications that are optimized for use on larger screen devices. The sections below highlight some of the new features.
Figure 3. Quick Controls menu in the Browser.
Browser
The Browser app includes a variety of new features and UI improvements that make viewing web content simpler, faster, and more convenient.
The Quick Controls UI, accessible from Browser Settings, is extended and redesigned. Users can now use the controls to view thumbnails of open tabs and close the active tab, as well as access the overflow menu for instant access to Settings and other controls.
To ensure a consistent viewing experience, the Browser extends it's support for popular web standards such as CSS 3D, animations, and CSS fixed positioning to all sites, mobile or desktop. It also adds support for embedded playback of HTML5 video content. To make it easier to manage favorite content, users can now save a web page locally for offline viewing, including all styling and images. For convenience when visiting Google sites, an improved auto-login UI lets users sign in quickly and manage access when multiple users are sharing a device.
For best performance, the Browser adds support for plugins that use hardware accelerated rendering. Page zoom performance is also dramatically improved, making it faster to navigate and view web pages.

would rather use spb pocket plus 4
Thanks for sharing this program. I was looking for something simple like this that didn't take over anyother functions on the device. Should work great on my Vogue.
good find will try it out ....thanks
few quetions
I have spb pocket plus installed
& with that i have IE scrolling & "save page" functions. it also has tabs
your software adds the back & forward button bar at bottom which i like
to start your application, i start it seperatly from programs, i was wondering if you can really merge this into the original IE like spb pocket plus
if i have both installed i can have all the features together, including your nice bottom bar
Thanks
seems very nice
keep up the good work

Just tried it:
Great in rendering (just like Opera) so it beats Internet Explorer by miles, but scrolling is very slow (still faster then IE) but you have to wait a sec to see the content. The program also starts within a second, opera boots in 10 seconds...
So if they fix the scroll slowness, it's a great browser. Till then I use Opera (firefox is also on it's way to make a Browser)
Starting with version 1.0.10 the browser started to be really stable and fast. It still has some issues with some large pages, but as dubbeld00 said it loads and renders fast. I use it all the time on my Touch Dual now, and is very satisfied and impressed. Looking forward to upcomming releases.

I'm sorry, I don't mean to crap the thread, but where did you find those "amazing personalization Options"? To me, Metro UI is very limiting in terms of personalization. All that it is a background with showcase of apps that you have installed. You can do more even with very strict iOS (after jailbreak), and it is nowhere as flexible as Android or even a standard window 7 desktop (you can still customize win8 that way too and it will be much better showcase). Without any hacks for Metro UI personalization, this thread will be very boring.
And to prove the point, here are couple of examples of win7 desktops (can do the same in win8, not metro) - neither one of those is mine (just found using google):
Just wanted to show you what you're missing and hoping that hacks will come soon to metro UI
Really missing metro-folders, bigger and more informative tiles, tile shape changing etc...
