if indroid is a tar file, open and verify whether there is bootlader and sbl.bin. You can use 7zip, winrar to open it. If they are not there, its good
Remove the battery
Reinsert the battery
Press volume down key + Press Home Key + press power button. This will take you to download mode. Reflash the ROM
During reflash leave the system idle till the time you dont see reset in ODIN. ensure that during idle process system doesnt go to standby. This usually happens with factoryfs.rfs file

To download mod I can not go. How can I get to recovery mod? I am not sure. Is any way how to go to root of mobile if mobile is switched down?

Please, help me....

recovery is vol up+vol down+home+power. but is the boot.bin and sbl.bin included in the tar of indroid?

NO, there are only: cache.rfs, factoryfs.rfs, datafs.rfs, zImage
To recovery mod I can not get too

So, what do you think about my problem? Can I repair it?

Please, do you have any ideas how to repair it?

Hmm if there weren't any boot loader files then maybe you might have ran out of battery. Try charging your phone and check if the charger animation appears also is the phone completely turned off or does it start then stop?
Sent from my GT-I5800 using XDA App

It doesn´t do anything. The display is still only black. Mobile doesn´t react. But I have mobile conected to charge cable and battery is quite hot so mobile is probably charging.

Disconnect the charger wait till it cools down then try turning it on and remove the battery while its cooling down and what happens when you hold the power button down.
Sent from my GT-I5800 using XDA App

If you can reach recovery that means you can reach download mode. You are somehow pressing volume up + Vol down.... Try specifically pressing vol down key
If that fails, and your phone had usb debugging enabled....boot the phone, it will be stuck in the middle....Connect usb cable and use adb, command "adb reboot download" . I am not sure it will work but its worth to try

He can't boot the phone or go into recovery mode. Something tells me It is his battery
Sent from my GT-I5800 using XDA App

wait for some time...remove battery wait for 15 mins...plug it again n go into recovery mode or download mode! tell me and try!
And the rom is already flashed...indroid doesnt come with a bootloader...no custom ROMs these days come! :/

Thank you for your ideas. I have tried this one with adb but nothing. Now I a trying to remove battery and give it again after 15 minutes. I hope to it will be good.
Please what it means that rom doesn't have bootloader?
EDIT: This rom is with kernel but I didn't install this kernel on my mobile. Could it be the problem?

Hmm, basically bootloader is when you start your phone it says GT-i5800 samsung and if it's not there you can't start your phone. Also I need to know can you turn on your phone or not.

Oh I thought something like this.... I can not turn my phone on

So nothing happens when you hold down the power button?

nothing

there was a thread about that issue, turn off your phone, unplug the usb cord, plug the usb cord. hold vol up and vol down and the power button. it will come on but when it goes off release the power button and keep holding down the vol up and vol down. should go into auto download mode. then u can reload it via odin.

this is normal just continue to download mode as normal.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=741027
you can save your device through odin, plug your phone in to your computer and try to go into download mode may take a couple tries, and flash the stock ROM you can find on these forums
i have already tried the sequence to get it into download mode... it doesnt work... tried adb and nothing registers....
anymore ideas? looks like im going to have to do a warranty exchange.
The only way I can reliably get to download mode is: power off, remove battery, replace battery, hold both vol buttons, plug in usb. works every time though.

are you using a .pit file? and if so is it the right 512 .pit file?
if both those are yes, delete the one on your system and re-download it.
I had this same exact problem a few weeks back Odin would hang on the pit file, just redownloaded and it worked like a charm.
and just a quick reminder of everything out for the Vibrant right now
Only stock firmware use the 'PDA' option a pit file, and re-partition
froyo firmware use the 'PDA' option and a pit file, no re-partition
JACs kernels use the 'CSC' option and no pit file, no-repartition
i have a Bell Vibrant and all the methods don't work. i tried the 3 button (remove batt, place in batt, plug USB, wait for the the ''star" to appear, hold VOL+/- and POWER and wait for the screen to turn off, release POWER, but it just goes back to recharging screen. tried it 40 times
tried the power off, remove battery, replace battery, hold both vol buttons, plug in usb. no go as well.
ANything else? I'm stuck at the boot screen (the 'S' glowing part).
This is what always works for me.
Unplug your USB from your phone
Makes sure ODIN is ready to go on your PC
Hold down the Down Volume and Power until the download screen comes on
Then plug your USB back into the phone
fire up odin
pull your battery
connect phone to pc WITH THE BATTERY OUT
hold volume up+down and power
put battery in while still holding those buttons
the screen will light up with....something. Wait for the screen to blink and then release the buttons.
You are now in download mode!
i will try those methods. Thanks.
crap, still no. just keeps showing the battery charging. i remember rescuing my htc magic so many times, but no go on this guy.....
Odin all fired up when doing this......

Did you make sure that the USB was unplugged when you used my method of holding down the volume down button and power button together until the download screen came up?
If you are familiar with ADB. You can also power your phone on and then plug in the USB and then type in the command line:
adb reboot download
to get it to reboot into download mode.
You can also use this command from the recovery console if you are able to get to it.

Dude, the Vibrant is new to us all. None like it. So dev wise its harder to explain and understand when we are used to coming from a one press method, now were using Odin, and Thor's hammer to flash our phones, which is god awful, no pun intended.
Dont flame your fellow Vibrant user cause he doesent understand the 613 steps it involves, and every other way to do so. Help the kid.
I am also in this position, just using a finger in the socket method, if its on it'l shock me, know what i mean. Just try it all. I have a feeling its getting harder and harder to brick phones because the manufacture is not retarded, they fix them right back, and ship them back out to customers who need replacements. I know this as a friend works at an AT&T shipping warehouse.
So cant we all just hit a bong, or get a long? And help?
If someone could explain all this 512PIT, PDA, and CSC, and Phone. It would help so much, sometimes a picture is worth a thousand words. Just sayin.
"Oh man, I am so high right now, i have no idea whats going on."

Yeah man, i'll try it again!! And when do I start typing (sending out the adb command) when the power turns on? Thanks.
Question is: when i press power+vol Down, the boot splashscreen comes on (Galaxy S etc etc).....
I am sorry you have a Bell Vibrant, it is a little different than my phone. I found this hope this helps
HOWTO GET INTO DOWNLOAD-MODE:
- Turn off your Phone
- Hold VOLUME DOWN + HOME Buttons
- While holding VOLUME DOWN + HOME Buttons press POWER Button until you reach Download-Mode
- Release all Buttons
I also read that some of the Bell Vibrants had their Download/Recovery mode disabled.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=754673&highlight=bell
As far as the adb command I would start as soon as it powers on. It will say "error:device not found" at first, but just keep on hitting arrow up and hitting the enter in the command window until it accepts the command.
Good Luck

IMO...maybe it called SOD or Screen Of Death and in simple word is "bricked"
But you said thay you can go to download mode right?
If yes...try to flash it one more time with your default firmware.
But if still doesn't work at all, try to contact your local service center...my friend also had the same problem like you and he brought it to Samsung Service Center...

I cant move to Download mode with voldown+home+power, each time I do it i see the ATT logo and the phone reset itself again untill I will stop trying to go to download mode or recovery mode
Are you sure you are doing it right?
Correct order of doing it is:
Take battery off, wait 10 sec, put it back on.
Press vol down
While pressing vol down, press home
While pressing both above, press power and release after it starts.

I think you don't release the power button after the boot. If you push for a long time the power button it reset like the power button of the pc.

Well, I suggest you to try VillainROM 2.1. You will have to flash cf-root (the version of it has to be the same as the version of your current f/w), connect your phone to pc and get the VR 2.1 into your sd card then power off your phone, volume up + power + home button - do a full wipe - choose to install a zip from sd, flash villain and you will be fine..hope so. If you get stuck @ any point, you can scream for help cuz I will be here to support you mate
Forgot to get you this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1103399 It might help you though.

Do you have any suggestion?

The main problem now is I can power on my GSII so I can't enter any download mode and recovery mode.
I don't know how to do now and please help me, thank you.
Just power off your phone. If doesn't work by the power button, pull out the battery. When the phone is powered off, press the 3 buttons same time and you will enter download mod.

You dont have to power on your device to enter download mode. Just push VOLUME DOWN BUTTON, POWER BUTTON and HOME BUTTON in the same time. Then, push volume down to enter odin mode. After that, connect your cable to your device and press start in odin (before that, dont forget to put the stock f/w into PDA in Odin)
My GSII still no response and I think the row is dead and can't bootup so how can I do? Tks brother
So after your flashing width odin did odin say pass or complete?
You may still be able to get into download mode but just not see it,
When you hold the key combination then plug it into odin and see if it comes
Up with the yellow box that tells your if your device is connected.
edit : so you hold power, volume down and home then you have to press up to enter download mode, after this plug it in to odin and see if you can see the phone.
There is no response after boot my phone and it hasn't say pass or complete.
Then the phone can't open again and I don't know how to do now, please help.

I had same case. Really same. If anyone got this case, the problem is power button.
my galaxy Y was bricked and while get in odin mode or recovery mode, he restarts automatically and continuously.
and after i tried to flash many times, it worked. but, after about 10 secs on homescreen, he restarts again and again.
i'm frustated but im lucky. bcause i was thinking about the power button. i checked it by remove and insert the battery.
i got strange thing, my phone starts automatically. voila! i was right. the power button is error. its like the button is pressed (but i dont).
so, i open up the casing, and i tried to knock knock (LOL) the power button and everything i did to solve the button problem.
then TADA, my phone is back!
sorry for bad english.

Why cant you enter the downloade mode / recovery? All you have to do is hold volume up or down with the home button when you put the battery in. You don't need to press the power button then.
