2.2 stock contacts on froyo sense

Hi,
I really like the froyo with sense roms available but the not HTC contacts apps.
Is there a way to replace the sense contacts app by the stock one ?

The keyboard is working nicely and the call list as well but I had FC when I was trying to view the contact list

Need Timescape App + it's plugin and the default blue theme...

Hello folks,
I uninstalled [and then permanently deleted, using Titanium Backup] the Timescape application alongwith the Timescape plugin and it's default blue theme the moment I rooted the phone with the one click root method on my R2BA026 X10i.
Now, as a result, I can no longer "view" contacts, the app just force closes.
May I request if any of you would be kind enough to upload the R2BA026 version of the Timescape app, it's plugin and it's default blue theme to someplace I can download?
I also got rid of Moxier, no issues with that so far.

Try re-flashing your phone again..

You can long hold and choose to edi the contact if you cannot find or don't want to deal with Timescape.

Does that mean I must have Timescape installed?
Not good for me .
Does that mean that contacts and Timesame are wedded . Can I not get rid of Timescape completely and still be able to use contacts/phonebook?

Yes you can get rid of timescape, just use acontact or contact blast

HI,
I have a htc desire rooted of course but i was wondering if someone can make a app or file that i can flash.
All i want is that when i receive a text instead of it being blue that it flash red blue orange etc but in a sequence ?

[Q] Texting Picture?

Just flashed the cm 7 rom on my aria. works great. One problem: when i text someone i cant seem to have a picture for MY texts. For example, all my contacts are synced with facebook, therefore if i text someone, next to their message is a picture of them from facebook. But next to mine, there is nothing. Anyone know how to fix this?

Did you add your number to the phone? Did you create a contact for yourself with a picture? If not then that's what you must do.

I noticed that I couldnt set a picture for myself like op was stating and i did what you did and now there is a picture! Thanks. Im cm7 too

Try another SMS client such as handcent. I know for a fact that you can put picture for yourself in the settings in the app

Have you tried sending yourself a pic? I've had to do that before...you could also add yourself aa a contact at that point..

Just like any other contact name, number, picture, etc. I think as long as your contact number is the same as in the phones settings you should have a problem.

35 minutes? seriously? have some patience

i used to copy MIUI music apk to typhoon CM7 because i liked the music app and i dont like MIUI. maybe you can do that. just find the apk from miui system/app and copy it to CM7 rom. and dont forget about permission. really important.
the slide down notification maybe a little hard. maybe you need to just give it a try.
