Why such low scores... - Galaxy S II General

Just trying to identify why my phone scores so low in quadrant. I know its not the be all or end all but I'm consistently under 3000 when the norm is 3000-3500.
Just wondered if I have faulty something?

hmm you did manage to get some low quadrant score. on all my tests its always above 3000.
pic 1. with shell 3d launcher
pic 2. active programs
pic 3. with launcher pro and on power saving mode.
may be due to premium quadrant app.....

Quadrant doesn't really mean anything, it varies a lot too.
As long as you're getting close to 3000 I wouldn't worry about it.

Was the same on standard.
Just don't want to have faulty ram or internal sd or something.

If you want to compare scores, use a benchmark, not Quadrant. I wouldn't worry with that score.

I'm certain its the read speed of the internal sd.
Getting about 30mbps compared to others 400+. Only 3 other benches on AnTutu. 2 have read speeds of 400+ and the other has similar, around 30.
Have root. Any tweaks for it?

On my captivate I would get scores ranging from 1100 to 1200 repeatedly, then I could reboot and get 1800's repeatedly. Quadrant is weird.

What is the class of your Sd card? Might affect a little.
Anyway you should do other benchmarks as well other than quadrant.

AnTutu bench rates the internal sd. Thats the issue.

Samsung Epic 2.2 foyo leak benchmarks

Just thought i'd try and find out what everyone's benchmarks are. And how your daily use is.
Daily usage for me is great there is a little bit of lag on auto rotate, I'm guessing that is why they did not use touchwiz 3.0 in the first place wen the epic came out. And bout the gps issue, I don't really use gps much at all so it is not a concern for me right now. My neocore is around 55fps, linpack is around 20 mflops, benchmarkpi is around 1200 and the unreliable quadrant is around 1024. I say unreliable because I have setcpu at 100-1ghz conservative, and my quadrant is reading my cpu at around 1300. Samsung epic. 2.2 froyo. benchmark tests.

Neocore was 55.7
Linpack was 13.something MFlops in 6 seconds
I feel like those should be higher

I have a filling that setcpu is only a gimmick doing nothing.

Well if the kernel supports 1300 maybe thats why quadrant sees it that way...As for setcpu you need an overclocked kernel that supports higher clocks, but this is also used to aquire better battery life...And it does work, period.

If you want to compete, use Antutu instead. Then you can compete with the best. But don't put your SG2 in the freezer before you measure
Alot of threads like this has been made and will be at the bottom of the forum in no time..

Nice I/O cheat there.
Anyway, Quadrant scores bore me. I'm only waiting for when someone gets higher than 9k, so that everyone forgets about it.

why do I only get 3100?

Is anyone else having really poor I/O performance?

I have the 8gb Nexus 7 and I am consistently scoring around 1,200-1,500 for I/O score in Quadrant. This isn't my first Nexus 7, and all of mine have had this issue. I've flashed kernels of all types but I don't think anything is working. Does anyone else have the same problem/a solution? I've seen people with I/O Quadrant scores nearly quadruple or even more of mine. I know benchmarks aren't everything, etc, but I am just concerned that I have a bad batch of devices.
Thanks!
I just did one and this was me on mine

I had very bad I/O when I was running other ROMs, but now on BAMF Paradigm 2.0 I'm getting really good I/O scores.

Follow the directions, I don't know if this works for all kernels or just Trinity Seven.

Ah, so thats why, they are cheating
What is the TKT app?
and
Why do they do that?
Thanks!
My I/O is only around 1000-1100 on multiple tests...clean boot, etc. Maybe I need to backup and reformat?

HTC One - Benchmarks Focus

Hi all, for those of you interested, I shot a video focus on the HTC One performance against some benchmarks like: Quadrant, Antutu and Speedtest.net.
Not bad result at all I would say!

Just wanted to give you an idea with stock rom, thus to be comparable with other devices out of the box.
Anyway, I saw that the result you posted was achieved running an overclocked CPU @1.9GHz right?
Nice. Now that we have our eyes on OC'd results, do you guys think HTC underclocked the cpu to 1.7Ghz like they did with the Sensation? I'm not sure why I've been taking my time rooting this bad boy, but cranking up the clock is the first thing I'm going to do.

why you get low score on stock? look mine.
40612
My score is:
41681
Unrooted, Stock 4.4.2.
About 34k-36k with Antutu4 and 38k-42k in Antutu5
Please note - scores with Antutu 4 are different than scores in Antutu 5, so you MUST specify which kind of score you are talking.
Original Note 3 models (depending a little on model, ROM/kernel and a few other things) will generally get:
- about 34000-36000 with Antutu 4
- about 38000-42000 with Antutu 5.
Hi guys, i got antutu score about 40000. But in performance menu show that my battery performance is 50% less than other devices.. but my battery can use for 6 hours of screen on time.. have any idea.. how about your guys??
Mine has gotten 43,567. Is this normal with the latest Antutu?
