I Cant Disable Vibration in Touch Tools.. Need Help - HD2 General

i'm not able to turn off vibration when i click on the small popup windows in Touch Toiols. i cant find any tweak in touch tools to do this. and i even tried the following tweak to turn off vibration but i cant find the 'ezsip' folder. how can i turn off vibration in touch tools?
HKLM\Software\HTC\ezsip\VibrationEnabled

Exactly what pop up windows are you talking about? Are you talking about the windows you get when you go to close Touch Tools? I am not really sure what you mean here, more info please.

hi t-mac.. the pop up windows i'm talking about are those that come up each time to switch to different windows within touch tools.. the vibration happens when i click 'ok'. its very annoying.

lol
If it's the same touch tools we're talking about: blue screens and many tools provided, then it's available in the first screen that comes off when you first started touch tools, the very first time.. and yes you can bring it back up again by simply choosing: "configure touch tools" from options, that's the left context menu.
and then choose "disable haptic feedback".

How to activate the nice Bluetooth screen?

I need help with this.
accidentally I started a screen for managing bluetooth devices on my HTC hd2. It has 3 tabs and has nice icons. In one tab I could set my device to be discoverable and for how long.
I wrote 'accidentally' because I can not find a way to get back to this screen.
I do not know whether the screen is a Mobile 6.5 screen or HTC Sense, but it is / was very usefull.
Does someone know how to access that screen? (it would help me to start and stop discoverable option quickly).
Thanks
There could be a shorter way to it, I'm not sure, but you can get to it from the settings tab on sense - menu (bottom-right 'soft key') - All Settings - Bluetooth
Or you could go to the Comm Manager (second icon from the top on Sense's settings tab) and tap on the BT icon (not the switch).

On mine, that doesn't go to the screen with the three tabs that the op is asking for.

If you look at my original response, you can get to the screen you want.
It's BTManager.exe that you are after.
You will find it in the Windows directory.
It will only work when BT is on and when it's paired with at least one "unit"

Xperia X2 Task Manager on TP2

This seems to work quite well on the TP2
What is this? Are there any prerequisites?

It's the task manager from the new Xperia X2.
After further investigation, it does seem to work ok. It's just that tapping the 'X' when a program is running actually quits the program after installing the X2 CAB.

LOL! I've confused you, sorry. I didn't explain myself very well.
Yes, in the task manager clicking the "X" is supposed to stop a program. I was talking about the "X" in the top right-hand corner when a program is running as can be seen in this pic. Before installing this task manger, clicking it minimised a program - now it quits it.

Thank you very much for posting that handy program

Instead of hacking the registry, you can also set that directly in the Task Manager.
Start > Settings > System > Task Manager. On the Button tab, choose "Enable the "X" button to end running programs"
thank you, I will try it.
Great App !! Really nice and faster as the Original HTC Taskmanager !!!

Don't know then ..., I've played a lot with options (and hidden options with BSB 1.6) since I got it.
start~settings~menu(bottom right corner)~all settings~sounds & notifcations~uncheck screen taps box in notifications tab.
Thanks man, it works !
no problem

Is there no personalize option on your settings tab, or no vibration option in the personalize screen...?

Ok this one is gonna drive me batty until I figure it out
(Pardon the questions, just want to be sure)...Are we talking about the same thing, the "Settings" tab in Sense, not the "all settings" screen (the WM settings group that looks like the start menu)..?
And, when you're on the settings tab, are you sure you're scrolled all the way to the top of that list?
How in the world does my stock ROM have it there, and yours doesn't??

I am running the Stock ROM as well and it is exactly as you stated sirphunkee! These guys must be a little confused. That is the first thing I stopped. It saved a lot on battery life.
HERE IT IS AGAIN. START/SETTINGS/PERSONALIZE/VIBRATION!
If I knew how to track registry changes in real-time, I'd just change the setting and see what change gets made as a result. But, I don't

Yeah I can fix that! Here you go!
Hit the keyboard so swype comes up.... Hit the "SYM" Key, then hit the shift key/the arrow pointing up/then hit OPT then you will see it listed and uncheck! BINGO!
Thanks

Sir Phunk have you seen anything on the boards about disabling or turning off vibration during call waiting? I'm running Core Cell V3 ROM and when you are in a call and get another the handset vibrates which 1.) Isn't pleasant to your ear, 2.) Whoever you are talking to can hear it really loud. Figured you might now, thanks ahead of time...
Nevermind, found it on the boards
I have another question related to vibration on the HD2. This has been asked before, in another thread, but has anybody found a solution to the stuck vibration issue? I usually get it from time to time through e-mail notification vibration. It will vibrate in pulses 3 times. On the third time it will hang until I press a hard button. This is very annoying, and I have disabled the notification vibrate for now.

[Q] can you create an app folder like on galaxy?

On the note 2, you can turn any app into a folder (ie: angry birds into a game folder), by hold, drag, drop into a folder category.
I've tried several methods and searched the topic, but can't find anything for the G2 - is it even possible?

when you're on the menu click "options sign" on the upper right, then you'll see the apps are ready to uninstall, replace or be in a folder with other ones. After that hold which app and drag it onto another thats it

On the stock launcher just grab an app and while holding your finger down just hover it over another and a folder magically appears and it even gives you the option to name it. Its really just that easy.
