go into bootloader and flash again.
what phone its it? not a tmous is it? (unlikely I think, but gotta ask)
My phone is a normal HTC HD2 Leo sold in Italy. No longer works. After a reset, hangs on the first screen. ActiveSyc not see it. The bootloader works without ActiveSync? Where can I find?
power off
press hold and keep holding volume down
tap and release power
when you see colored stripes screen release volume down.
that is boot loader, you can flash from there.
You dont realy need to hold both, volume up and down keys. Just hold volume down and and when holding it, allso press hang up key (right hard key). Thats how you enter boot screen.
Use HSPL, task 29, and flash any room you like. I like energy - more advanced or use artemis - more easy to.. (search xda forum)
There is so many options,
God luck, m.
heh, oh yea, my mistake, was thinking hard reset, d'oh.
Thanks SASAMUEL thanks M. PULSAR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It worked! Everything perfect!
Thank !!!!!

Did you try reading the flashing instructions. Refer to the Flashing NAND Android rom link in my signature. The problem is that you probably have the wrong radio. Also please don't start new threads to ask questions when threads already exist. This thread will soon be moved.

I got the same problem with SPL 2.08.HSPL, oficial ROM 3.14.412.2, RADIO 2.15.50.14. I've tried everything, wasting tons of hours, reinstaling diferent versions of MAGLDR and so, but unfortunatelly I've had to back to the oficial ROM.
Help Please!

Are you sure your spl version is 2.08.hspl and NOT 2.08.0000?
Completly!. SPL-2.08.HSPL as stated on tricolor screen. Thanks for the response.
And you also sure of the radio version? Really strange that it doesn't work. Where exactly does it get stuck, is it after or during the install of magldr?
Absolutely sure. All info is the one shown in the device. MAGDLR installs perfectly at 100%, it stucks at reboot, it shows the white htc screen and that's all, the device doen't work any more and I've to reinstall oficial rom.
Really weird - first one I've seen where 2.08.hspl and 2.15.50 radio doesn't get magldr to boot. Not sure what else to suggest apart from perhaps doing a Task29 to format the NAND area and starting all over.
I've tried one again, including task29 at begining. And i'm still the same, MAGLDR doesn't show the menu and stucks at login htc screen. I want to cry!. I'd appreciate any idea. All DFT needs MAGDLR, I need smthing that doesn´t need MAGDLR, is it possible?.
There are the Android versions that run off sd card which run as a dual boot with winmo.

well, maybe its kinda "stupid" question, but do you press the power (red) button while booting? I mean, you have to press it long enough, till the magldr menu comes up..
Believe me that i've tested that way, and another ones, so as to get it work, but no luck.
I got stuck on the htc logo screen while trying to boot to a previous NAND version I had. I flashed it right away for the first time but now I jsut got stuck on the logo screen an than its reboots, again and again. any help as now I stuck with the MJD CyanogenMod which I have few problams with and I am trying to boot again to hd2one CyanogenMod .

Format the sd card. I would also suggest flashing back to a winmo rom and then starting over.

cwm recovery
flashed cwm recovery update for hd2 no my phone wont charge nor register when plugged into the computer. is there a way to fix this
WM6.5 on my HD2 (from T-Mobile europe) has finally bothered me enough to decide to change the rom entirely, to android (NAND). I saw the instructions/video tutorial by techburrow (including the magldr v 1.11) and thought that it wouldn't give me too much troubles.
Before starting, I checked my ROM to see if it was recent enough. I as well installed hspl v 2.08 (as shown after taking battery out/in and using volume down + startbutton, in the rgbw screen).
After that I (think I) successfully installed MAGLDR v 1.11. It showed the comment that my phone was now "hacked".
I then went on to the most important step in the process, actually loading android. In the instructions for DFT_Android is states that:
" For installation you need enter MAGLDR (hold power button during boot)"
I tried getting into bootloader by holding the power button, I tried pressing it once and then holding it. Neither worked, both ended up with the HTC logo screen.
All I can do now is choose between getting the HTC logo and the rgbw screen showing hspl 2.08.
Hard reset also doesn't work, probably because MAGLDR deleted the original rom. Connecting through USB via the rgbw screen doesnt work, the connection is not recognised.
Other thread look similar problem, but haven't helped so far. Only the most recent are about others trying to get the android on NAND with MAGLDR 1.11 and DFT-Android.
HELP? Anybody has any idea on how I can install android any ROM now, how to get into the bootloader, how to use my HD2 again?
Looks like Magldr was not flash into the phone. Reflash magldr.
Sent from my HTC HD2 using XDA App
unfortunately
Thx for the suggestion, xhanay. However, reflashing MAGLDR requires an activesync connection and/or USB connection via HSPL (only way my phone does anything). Cannot get any connection unfortunately. So no reflashing.
Any other suggestions? (reflashing via microSD?)
help!i have the really same problem!thx!
This is what I do:
1. Remove the battery, put it back
2. Hold VolDown key pressed while turn on the phone to enter Bootloader (tricolored screen)
3. Connect it to PC and wait for connection to change to USB
4. Flash radio 2.15.50.14
5. Hold VolDown key pressed after reboot to enter bootloader again.
6. Flash MAGLDR
7. Reboot
8. Hold Power button pressed > Select USB flasher ...
....and flash Android/Windows 7.
If USB connection is not recognized I suggest flashing a stock ROM using SD card.
See instructions here, chapter 3 - Flashing Via MicroSD Card
could just work
Thank you for the quick response. Hopefully I will make it all the way to step 8+ (with android and all apps coming along with it). Otherwise using the stock rom should help. Thx for the link.
Will let you know if it works.
Also post in the right section in the future
All worked. I had to reflash a custom ROM through the rgbw screen (apparently a custom ROM did synchronise via USB even though activesync didnt show anything). Then I reinstalled MAGLDR (which immediately sent me through to the bootlader screen). After I had some issues loading android (had to tag USB on in Activesync connection settings, make the connection, the tag USB off in the connection settings)... Now Android is running as I hoped it would. Great work and thanx to all that helped.
ps: Will try to use the right section next time. No promises that it will then be the right one however.
I have the same problem and tried this only to be sent back into magdlr where it just scrolls up and down with the volume key held down.
Any suggestions much appreciated.

you could try .... than just plug-it in using activesync and run HSPL3... do not install it...before installing it will put ur phone in bootloader....than exit HSPL3 keep your phone pluged in and just flash wtever....radio,rom...etc....
OR
Press together VOLUME DOWN - DO NOT LET GO! EVER TILL IN BOOTLOADER & RESET RED BUTTON - under batt. metal cover -
after few seconds the tri-coloured screen will appear
load the hard SPL than magledr than rom it works 100%

What else can i do to get my hd2 working? I hope you can help me.
maybe usefull:

Goatrip stock rom
greets schueffi
phone completely off
press power to turn on, but keep it pressed, dont let go.
phone will vibrate as it starts, then you see the first boot screen, (keeping power pressed still) then the screen jumps black with yellow at teh top, keep pressing power until teh menu items apear.
thanks but i´ve tryed that for many times but nothing happend...
is it possible to flash an rom without getting into the bootloader?
have anyone an other idea what i can do?
Not sure if this will help you, but I was being a noob and trying to use the touchscreen with magldr to select a menu item, but you're meant to use the volume up and down keys and the call button to select an item. To flash, select usb flasher. Hopefully that was of help
Hi, is there a solution for this? I have the same problem.
I wanted to install NAND Android on my HTC HD2 device actually running WM and Android on an SD card. I followed all the steps carefully:
I flashed HARDSPL with HSPL4
I updated the Radio version to 2.15.50.14
I installed MAGLDR113 and the installation gave me no problems, but when rebooting, the phone gets stuck in the initial screen and it doesn't either boot or let me go to the boot menu no matter for how long I press the power or the down volume button.
Anybody can help?
Thanks
First things first.....first post!
Ok so I have the HD2 512 version and have put hspl 2.08 on it with no problems but when I have tried loading magldr1.13 the install seems to go ok on the phone but when it reboots magldr doesnt launch it simply stays on the default white htc launch screen.
My own fault for following a youtube video I guess.
The handset lets me reflash magldr which I did a couple of times and I tried an older version of magldr and also used the nand toolkit to try and install magldr but still the same white screen on launch.
Any ideas whats going on anyone? help appreciated with thanks

Are you sure you installed HSPL correct? Hold down the volume button and press the power button, till the rainbow screen, does it say something about cotulla hspl? If yes, connect the phone to the computer(still in the rainbow screen of course) and wipe the device(task29). After that your device will be totally clean and the correct radio is installed. So you will have to press the volume down button again to enter the rainbow screen and then install magldr.
Yes it does say cotulla.
So I tried what you said I connected in rainbow screen and pressed wipe(task 29) in the nand toolkit (wipe from the toolkit right?) but in the rainbow screen it says cotulla still,
tried magldr again, same white screen
when you saying "launching Mgldr", are you pressing the power button(end key) when the phone boots? this way only you enter Mgldr and loads the menu
Yes I have tried holding the power button on powering on the device and tried it without holding, still the same white htc screen and no movement from there.
When I wipe the handset it still has SPL-2.08.HSPL on it and still says CollutaHSPL.
I'm guessing I should try and restart from scratch??
you havent flashed a compatible radio yet, , magldr wont start without it.
enter bootloader
usb
flash radio 2.15.50
reboot
magldr.
Ok I will try that now. Is radio 2.15.50.14 ok?
Wahey! I'm in!
Thanks very much you guys are legends!
Right next step haha. Don't worry I'll read up on it don't want to hassle anyone.
Any suggestions what are the best roms for WP7 or ICS??
(and if you have time point me in the right direction of them)
Any other step I am missing?
Again thanks for your help
