force closing on my desire. I have stock rom though.
Having the same issue on my dell streak, os 2.2 as well. Tried both trial and full version.
Anyone's got a solution? Sent an email to The company but still no reply.
works fine on my desire and sgs both running miui and or origninal roms
I found out that when running the game for the first time, make sure there is a working internet connection for it to work.

So Ive had the phone for 10 hours....full 3G almost all day, running smooth....than bam im surfing using Skyfire Beta looking up pictures on Google....The Incredible crashes and reboots...
anyone else experience a crash/reboot yet?
How would i check to see what caused it?

do you have an app killer yet? the phone starts like 10 applications on boot... so anything you open just piles on top of them... if you did close those apps then its probably cause you are using a beta, they have bugs that make phones do weird things
I THINK I HAVE TRIED ALL OF THEM BUT THEY SEEM TO WORK FOR LIKE 30 MINS THAN THE PHONE LAGS AGAIN. WHICH ONE WORKED FOR YOU?

So I've only had my phone a week or so and I haven't noticed this lag everyone seems so concerned about it. When does it occur?
I've tried a few and found Chainfire's to be the best so far (v1.8).

I can't say I noticed a ton of lag before trying any of these fixes (although I do have ~200 apps installed) but after CF's fix my phone just flies.

Mines just as fast as the video without the fix, I came from a n1 with 2.2 on cyanogen rom and this phone is just as fast. I've been running this same rom since release, rooted and have over 120 apps installed. My market is easily just as fast as the dudes video in the OP.... maybe I'm lucky, or I don't know. I did a fix and didn't realize a difference .
I'd like to see a side by side comparison with a sgs with the lag fix and one without... then again I don't have a gps issue either, well its useable easy.. use it daily.

I try to download but after install its not allow to open....
That's right, it isn't available for QVGA devices yet. But the're working on a fix for that.

well i just downloaded the newest release 1.3.5 and it doesnt play on wildfire maybe one day

already tried the unlock trick but still not working. got sound but white screen. I m using stock rom+rooted
Works fine for me, you just need to lock and unlock a few times and you come to the menu. And dammit, the game is awesome!

I got the apk off a different site for the lite version and it force closes
I notice it only playable on custom rom or froyo. for some reason it does not working on stock rom

I'm on a customer 2.1 rom and have tried the lock/unlock method but I've got nothing. Hopefully they'll develop a lover res version soon.
mine works fine.
Got mine to work fine... it jus needs playin around with the lock/unlock.

have you tried v1.4.2 "windywoo" ? ... its working fine to me, with stock rom .. just need screen lock / unlock once a time ..
a little bit lagging, but playable ... setting the cpu rate higher solved the problem
guys is working fine on wildfire after you press on the game the screen goes black for like 20 secs maybe or something like that then you can hear music starting to play and you see something on your screen that aint black anymore ... at that point lock your phone then unlock it and it will work i can guarantee i got like at half of the game and now i'm playin angry birds seasons too

Is there some magic I have to do on the wildfire to get it to work?
I tried it today on my GFs wildfire I bought her for Xmas, Froyo, screen goes black, and graphics scroll around edges. It works fine on my Iphone and Galaxy.
I've completed seasons today, and jsut got Hang 'em high - IMO the hardest yet.
I installed mine two days ago (after upgrade to 2.2 stock). When click to open it gives me black screen for few seconds, then I lock and unlock phone and it goes in full screen. Works ok. Lags somethimes but not too much.
Advice: Turn off your conections before playing (that way you shut down adds).
Worked on 2.1 stock after lock/unlock, haven't yet tried on stock 2.2.
Anyway, some parts are missing due to low resolution, but playable, not as much fun as on desire, hangs sometimes.
I am waiting for PC version and QVGA support.
what roms have you tried and how did it run?, sound quality?,lag?,frame rate? just wondering i want to play metal gear solid has any tried it?
I've been using ever since I heard about it (about 2 days ago). I have tried Final Fantasy 7 on a normal myTouch 4g and it runs pretty good, a really small amount of lag but nothing that will get in the way of playing it. I tried Final Fantasy 9 and Chrono Cross and those were some that lagged for me untill I rooted my myTouch and overclocked it, then they ran way better. I'm still learning about all the things I can do with it since it's my first phone.

i have used psx4droid for awile on the mt4g and a hd2 it works fine with 2.2 but have been unable to get working on 2.3 witch is the only thing keeping me from using gingerbread
Hey guys. I am no dev and waiting as patiently as possible for "beta" ICS build. I would just love to know from you pro tinkerers how is the overall system performance? Are the home screen scrolling and animations smooth? Is it impressive because ICS is better optimized or is the hardware showing its age?
I stay with CM7 for now until 4 or 5 releases of CM9.
I've been very impressed with the sneakpeaks and in fact have been using them as a daily. I recommend doing your own builds though just to make sure everything is current (only reason I haven't is due to VM issues).
I mainly use mine for browsing, email, and PDF reading so I haven't had any issues with it.
If anything you can give it a shot and try it yourself (emmc or SD) then go back if needed.

Sound works fine for me in sneakpeak2, but the boost in dal's tweaks isn't working. Headphones are OK. Was watching Ghostbusters earlier.
I just loaded samian303's nightly build from 1/11 and so far so good listened to Pandora radio earlier and been able to do everything I could do on CM7.1. Though I have not tried video yet..

Oh, it's great to hear.
I haven't caught up with ICS lately.
I've been pretty happy with it. The only problem I had was that it did not see any of the media on my SD card. On that note...any ideas?
I just installed the most recent build and I am amazed how functional it is. The only trouble I have noted (with very limited tinkering) is flash player and the ics movie studio app.
All my media is there on emmc and sdcard, and movies play fine.
I hadn't realized how close they had gotten. There may be more serious problems that I haven uncovered, but I am considering making this an every day ROM. Everything else is minor minor stuff.
I have tried samian303's nightly build from an SD card and really like the progress from my first build of it. It's getting close to a beta or RC I would think.
ICS works very well the only thing it is missing that CM7 has is video playback. Other than that most everything works fine.

Ive been using it for a day or so and it seems to work fine to me. Just a lot of little odds and ends to adjust/clear up. A lot of apps are not showing up in market yet I can install them from my titanium backup.

I've been using it since sneakpeek2 and have had a totally fun time with it. Took a few tweaks to get Calendar sync going, to get the launcher I wanted (I use Zeam) and to get everything looking the way I want it to but it's reliable enough for me to use daily.
The one annoying issue (besides video stuff which is just icing on the cake for me) is that the ICS Gmail app doesn't fit the screen, it cuts off at the edges, but this might have been resolved in a nightly or there might be a tweak that I haven't found yet, still searching. If anyone sees one, let me know.
For video I'm just using moboplayer and set default for software decoding. Works well enough for me so far, but I haven't thrown anything heavy at it.
ICS is a little buggy but for the most part its on point!!!

This is what I do as well. Seems to play everything I've thrown at it just fine, now if only streaming stuff/youtube/netflix worked then I'd be golden.

Youtube videos have played fine for me as long as you click on hd to turn it off in the lower left hand corner.

I don't own a cell phone so I am not up on all of the latest and greatest operating systems, so my question is what are the advantages of ICS over CM7? Is it analogous to upgrading from win98 to xp?

Not really. I would say its more like upgrading from windows XP to windows 7. everything feels more redefined . You should really give it a go. Try dual nothing a nightly. I'be been using it for 2 days now and its superb
