Hello
Just got a Jabra SP700 bluetooth car speaker that has FM playback from work and would like to know if anyone knows a way to stream music from the last.fm app. I don't know how this setup wouldn't be cool as hell. I have searched without results, but doesn't mean I didn't miss something. If there is a discussion about this then please direct me to it.
Currently the G1 only has the headset and handsfree profiles for bluetooth. A2DP and others are comming. So, unless your jabra uses one of those two profiles you will just have to wait till its added.
Thanks. A2DP is the term I needed.
Hi guys
Unlike some of our friends here, I've had no problems getting music to play through my bluetooth car stereo. However, I'm wondering whether or not it's possible to get A2DP controls (play/pause etc) to work from my stereo with sense music player. Windows media player works fine so I'm assuming its not a config/connection problem. I'd prefer to use the sense music player because (apart from ease of access via tab) i think it's far better than WMP.
Any thoughts?
BTW I'm using a Tevion brand bluetooth car stereo. Bought from Aldi (£50 - a bargain) though I'm not sure what model because the wife currently has the car.
Cheers
what is the pandora thread for hd2
Seriously?!
Just google pandora and do some reading....
Pandora is music application. I have had trouble installing this app due to the lack of keyboard on the HD2 some people talk about mymobiler as a way around it but I dont feel like going through all that when slacker radio works just as well. Plus I have all the music I listen too loaded on my phone.
Its not worth installing anyway the sound quality is horrible
i use slacker or kinoma player you can stream shoutcast stations
u really decided to open up a thread to ask this ?
i have no problem whatsoever with this app, sounds great.
its sound fine with headphones but hooked up to the car via Bluetooth audio or usb its horrible
is there a way to make it sound better maybe i'm doing something wrong
Use Slacker its better anyway
Anyone using a2dp bluetooth headphones with the htc music app on the incredible? If so, I was wondering if anyone had experienced this as well or even better if they might have a fix.
My imuff headphones pair and connect fine to the incredible. And I can hear music out of them from the music app. The big problem is that the headphone's controls don't do anything to the music. The skip foreward and back, or even the play/pause button on my headphones won't actually do any of that in the music program.
It does, however, work with btunes. However, btunes has problems of its own for me and I'd really rather use htc's music program.
Edit: Looks like what I need is for AVRCP to work in the htc music app. Ironically, I found the name for it in a post by someone who was annoyed by it working in the htc music app. While for me, the issue is the music app not being able to make use of it.
With all the problems with the DVP, has anyone been able to use BT audio streaming (A2DP)? I very rarely use the wired headphones but use A2DP for almost all my music listening, but reports so far suggest it doesnt work on the DVP. Can anyone who has had one share their experiences with this feature? Thanks.
