Hi guys
Unlike some of our friends here, I've had no problems getting music to play through my bluetooth car stereo. However, I'm wondering whether or not it's possible to get A2DP controls (play/pause etc) to work from my stereo with sense music player. Windows media player works fine so I'm assuming its not a config/connection problem. I'd prefer to use the sense music player because (apart from ease of access via tab) i think it's far better than WMP.
Any thoughts?
BTW I'm using a Tevion brand bluetooth car stereo. Bought from Aldi (£50 - a bargain) though I'm not sure what model because the wife currently has the car.
Cheers

I have a pioneer headunit in my car (DEH-700BT)
It has hands free and bluetooth music streaming
this all works great, but only using the Touch flow music player
core player just comes out of speaker on phone
how do i get coreplayer (or similar) to use A2DP
?
I'm really waiting for un answer too... Many thanks !
Pocket Player can play over Bluetooth Stereo headset so assume the same for car kit.

Hi Guys,
After much deliberation I decided to buy the HBH-DS200 stereo Bluetooth headset and got it paired up fine. However I can only get music and sounds sent to it from Media Player. Neither the Panel nor Mortplayer send any sounds to it (instead they play through the speaker).
Am I doing anything wrong?
FYI I currently have gtrabs WinMo 6.5 ROM installed...
TIA
EDIT: I can start a track with the remote which starts a track in Mortplayer but everything comes through the speaker - even with Media Player now.... Just received a call and again nothing. The headset pairs fine after switching it on and off but no dice with the sounds at all...
Apologies everyone - rebooting the phone did the trick!
My bluetooth stereo headset, Jabra BT3030, controls the playing of songs on "Sense", but cannot control playing of songs in Core Player. Why? Can any one help me and suggest ways of solving it.
You need to activate an option in coreplayer, under WMP UI plugins, BT remote control if 'm not mistaken.
I use the Nexus One in my car for music and navigation (I have the Nexus One Car Dock), but I wanted to be able to change songs without having to reach for the phone, since I have a deep dash (Altima Coupe).
I got the Jabra BT3030 (link below) thinking I could just use it as a bluetooth remote, since it has Bluetooth Stereo (A2DP) and Remote Control (AVRCP). I tried looking in the settings and making the audio come from the phone and just use the BT3030 as a remote, but I can't seem to make it work that way.

Hi Guys.
This thread is to share mt experience. Galaxy s3 has great sound when it comes to playing music with wired headset, but when it comes to music on wireless headset, it doesnt deliver as good as the wired headset quality.
I have tried following music player to listen music on my PHILIPS SHB9100/00 headset, but the quality on bluetooth wasn't even comparable to the wired headset with following music players.
Player Pro
Poweramp
winamp
jetaudio
s3 built in music player
n7player
VLC player
google music
But the music quality was really amazing with only ONE Player that I loved and that was NEUTRON PLAYER.
I AM NOT WORKING OR PAID BY THE DEVELOPERS OF THIS PLAYER. I AM JUST SHARING MY EXPERIENCE.
Please let me know if you have any other music player or MOD which works great for bluetooth music quality.
With the current aptX bluetooth spec, I don't believe it is possible to match wired performance. I have an HS3000 and while it is way better than prior BT, there is noticable noise compared to same IEMs via wire.
Is your headset aptX?
I am not sure...
