Pretty much all builds will have a recommended partition on the fires page. Most gingerbread roms will be fine with 250mb and mist desire builds will be fine with 400mb partition.
Sorry, duplicate post.

As the the above post says look at the first few post by the ROM chef and you will generally find the correct potition size somewhere in those post. Click on the guide in my sig, I give a full break down of Cloxkwork Mod Recovery in it.

Try the steps in this forum http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=933951 but first you need hspl installed, try searching on how to install hspl first
You can check out the guide in my sig to find how to flash HSPL.

i can't help anymore than what i've told you before. did you even search for tutorials here on xda instead of just relying on a youtube video?
see the link in my signature for a tutorial. it's missing the specific steps i outlined in my previous post so just insert my steps as needed. Pdaimatejam's thread has instructions. why don't you know what you did when flashed?

List of all roms
Hey man.
I found a good section of ROM's on theunlockr .... You can do a search on google of this.
They're basically all ROMs added from XDA site, but there are links already placed under each ROM so it's easier to find 'em.
Hope this helps buddy
