I just read this article and they indicate that the new sense is ported to the EVO. I have not ben able to find it on any thread.

The cryptography and sign checking is supposedly built in to hardware. If the software can tell the hardware to ignore it, then maybe... But that may or may not be possible.

I'm new to this phone coming from verizon. I have rooted every phone I had but this one comes with gingerbread from the door for me. So theres no root for the update yet?

What'd I miss?
I'm still on v8, was told v15 & 16 are very good. However, it looks like xda has decided to stop giving us access to one of the best roms I've used on the old dhd.
